We've been able to run our sign installation business with Wufoo forms but if you want modern or cool, Wufoo isn't it. Also, even though we pay for "expedited support" the help they provide is nearly nothing. No phone number or email. You have to use the chat bot, which we did, only to have support get back to us 22 hours later with no answers about why the update they did made our order forms unable to accept payment. Its been five business days now. This is a billing nightmare. We don't recommend this company.

They disabled all of my forms on all my websites without notifying me! WHY?!? Unable to get a hold of anyone and are very slow in responding via email. They caused irreversible damage. This is very unprofessional! They are still billing though! Unreal! SCAMMERS!

Har en fejl i min "Formbuilder"... Det er aldeles umuligt at kontakte firmaet, men bliver dirigeret til en Bot, som står så langt nede på siden, at man ikke kan skrive i den. Når man så skriver "i blinde" får man aldeles værdiløse svar.

Det er mig ubegribeligt, at man ikke kan kontakte en support.

A good platform for self-serving and getting a form up and running with little technical knowledge. However, I have had the worst experience with support:

1. Straight up not allowed to switch from an annual to a monthly plan - even for a higher tier. Multiple support people told me flatly it was not possible before I got somewhere. I was about to create a new account and abandon it.

2. I had a question about a feature that was not documented, but their site said it was supported. They refuse to help me, saying they don't provide technical support.

3. No prorated refund for switching from a year/cancelling a yearly plan.

I have never had a platform so unwilling to help.
