love the matte aluminum feel of the hd01. only issue is the side button is way too sensitive - it actually turned on in my pocket once during a walk. Much more premium feel than my old plastic torch though.

Why offer a 10% discount on your first order then refuse to accept the discount code they themselves provided?, Wow what a total joke of a company, on the plus side their incompetence actually did me a massive favour looking at the shocking customer service reviews, i will stick to Nightcore and Solfirn who have always provided exceptional service and quality products and have now received another order👍

the DL08 diving flashlight showed corrosion after just a dive (and being rinsed in clear water). Still waiting for acceptable explanation of the corrosion and the duration of the battery not being as described. THIS IS NOT A QUALITY PRODUCT!

We have purchased about 5 underwater torches, last 3 month and now all of them in dust bin. Customer service doesn't exist. Instead of free replacement they offer to buy new with 6 USD discount to send without battery and charger

Extremely irresponsible seller – took my money, delivered nothing

I paid for a headlamp on Wurkkos’ official website.
The package reached Denmark but was placed in a pickup shop without me ever receiving any SMS or notification from PostNord. Because I was never informed, the parcel stayed there and was returned.

This was NOT my fault. My address was 100% correct.

What makes this unacceptable is Wurkkos’ behavior afterward:
• They replied once, only to ask if my address was correct.
• After I confirmed it and explained everything clearly, they went silent.
• I sent multiple emails and WhatsApp messages.
• They claimed to be on holiday, but even after the holiday ended, they completely ignored me.

It has now been more than 1.5 months.
I paid the full amount.
I received nothing.
No refund.
No reshipment.
No responsibility.
No communication.

This is not just bad customer service — this is unprofessional and unethical behavior. If a company cannot handle delivery issues or even reply to customers after taking their money, they should not be selling internationally.

I strongly advise others to avoid ordering directly from Wurkkos unless you are prepared to fight to get your money back.

compré una linterna de buceo wurkkos DL08 y en la priomera inmersión literalmente empezó a deshacerse el metal. escribí a atención al cliente y me contestaron diciendo que me enviaban una linterna nueva. Esto fue el 26 de septiembre de 2026 y todavía estoy esperando la linterna. He preguntado varias veces a través de a página web pero no me contestan. NO comprar en Wurkkos , es un material malisimo y no responde el servicio de atención al cliente. Pesima empresa.

I ordered a Wurkkos DL02 from Amazon, and it stopped working after only three months. I contacted customer service several times and followed up by email, but I still haven’t received any response.
I live in France, so I’m not even sure what my options are at this point or whether I can realistically get support or a replacement. I’m planning to post on Reddit to see if others have had similar experiences, and I’ll update if I get any feedback.
So far, their customer service seems extremely poor. From what I’ve seen online, many people appear to be in the same situation. I also checked Google reviews and noticed that a large number of positive reviews seem to come from a single account, which honestly makes me question the company’s credibility.
For now, I’m still waiting for a response, but this experience has been very disappointing.

ordered a HD01 pro which died within a year.
i emailed them on the 6th of december with all relevant information for a warranty claim.

after hearing nothing from them even after a follow up email i messaged them on reddit which got me a response, now on the 17th of December.

i waited over Christmas expecting nothing since some couriers wont work or will be busy over the period but by the 7th of january i emailed again asking for an update of the package.

i got a response on the 8th to it only now just being processed from china. very annoyed that they waited for an email off me asking where it is to then send it, and now i have to wait even longer because its coming from china

Bought the FC12C from Amazon. It was one of my favorite flashlights for a while. Sadly, about 6 months after purchasing it, it went dark. When I connect to the charger, the green light comes on as if to indicate it is done charging (it is not), but still no beam of light. Tried the battery in a different flashlight and it worked great, so I don’t think there is a problem with the battery.

I sent an email with the necessary info for a warranty claim to their customer support on December 10th and they have yet to respond. It has now been about 18 days. I will update this review if/when they do respond.

Suite a la commande de 3 lampes ts28 (très bon produit au demeurant) annonçant un cadeau, je reçois en plus une petite lampe torche dans laquelle se trouve une batterie 18650. Malheureusement le chargeur externe de cette batterie n'est pas fourni. Je leur en commande donc un que je reçois bien quelques jours après. Après charge de la batterie, je constate que cette lampe ne fonctionne pas. Je leur demande quelle marche a tenir. Et la... Oh surprise !!! 'la lampe fournie ne sert que de caisson de transport pour la batterie offerte et n'a pas vocation à fonctionner!!! '. Gloups. Je me retrouve donc avec une batterie 18650 bien spécifique qui ne me sert a rien. Leur manque d'information et de transparence m'a fait acheter un chargeur spécifique pour cette batterie qui ne me sert a rien de fait... Pratiques commerciales qui me semblent trompeuses et pas de proposition de remboursement du chargeur. Faites attention au faux gift.

I ordered a Wurkkos HD01Pro and was extremely excited. A friend had one and I was impressed, couldn't wait to share with all of my coworkers at an aircraft performance center. Received the flashlight, charged it until it showed green, went to turn it on and the light flashed once. It doesn't matter which of the two power buttons I press it is the same result: flash once.

I tried locking/unlocking and every other sequence listed in the manual still just one flash per button press. I emailed the company and have not received any communication from Wurkkos.

As I said, I was excited to show all the other mechanics and avionics personnel on the floor, but I didn't realize I was going to be showing them a product they should avoid.

Meine direkt bei Wurkkos gekaufte Taschenlampe hatte noch einer Woche einen Defekt.

Der Kontakt war gut, ich habe ein Video gesendet, welches den Defekt zeigt.

Mir wurde Ersatz zugesichert und gefragt, ob ich ggf. noch eine weitere Taschenlampe möchte.

Ok. ich habe also noch eine weitere Lampe bestellt und -wie gewünscht - die Bestellnummer mitgeteilt.

Die bestellte Taschenlampe habe ich erhalten, dass Ersatzgerät war nicht dabei.

Zwei mal per E-Mail nachgefragt, leider ohne eine Antwort.

Wurkkos Taschenlampen bestelle ich keine mehr.

Nöjd med mitt köp.

Dieser Einkauf ging voll in die Hose. Die Taschenlampe ist nicht in Ordnung. Der Reflektor ist angelaufen und hat Kondensflecken.
Aber das schlimmste ist der miserable Service von Wurkkos. Anstatt mir problemlos eine neue Lampe oder das Geld zurückzuschicken, machen sie so dermaßen Theater, daß ich nun PayPal einschalten mußte. Zudem bin ich kein Neukunde und habe bereits 4 TaLa dort gekauft. Nun kaufe ich nichts mehr bei Wurkkos und muß auch leider von einem Kauf dort abraten.

I placed an order on 03/10/25 for a wurkkos TS27.
I received an email confirming payment and order number.
After 2wks with no communication on order progress I emailed the customer service dept, I received no response at all.
Over the next week I emailed twice more.
No response whatsoever, buyer beware!!!

UPDATE
Since my post I have found Wurkkos team very helpful and communicative. I received my T27 on Monday 10th November.
Really pleased with the product, just a shame that I had to give a poor review before I was contacted.

Ich habe am 5.10 zwei Artikel bestellt. Am 12.10 gab es immer noch absolut null Informationen bezüglich der Bestellung. Weder eine info mit sendungsdetails oder das die Bestellung bearbeitet wurde. Ich würde, wenn man bestellen will mit Paypal zu zahlen. Dann hat man den käuferschutz. Das hat gut geklappt.

7 dagar innan man behagade skicka beställningen.
Efter 4 dagar bad jag om att avboka ordern eftersom man inte hade skickat den. Man svarar inte utan istället väntar man 3 dagar till och sen skickar man ordern.
Försökt att kontakta support utan någon framgång.

Bought a Fc11c from wurkkos.com a nice orange flashlight in 4000k colour temp. Everything went super smooth with wurkkos giving me tracking details every step of the way.
It took just 8 days to arrive from China (brilliant) price was the cheapest on the internet. Torch was delivered by Yodel and packaging was well padded and secure.
Torch is in perfect working order in original box with all accessories and is fantastic.
Brilliant service from wurkkos...will be putting another larger order in very soon.
