Bought a wired doorbell. Did not pair with app. Customer service made me going in circles for two weeks. Finally "released" the device. Worked for a week. Now its glued to the front door and the pairing button is behind it. I give up. Don't buy

Wuuk has introduced me to a whole new experience of irritation, frustration, disappointment and disgust. I just wish I'd read the reviews on here first, so if you're thinking of buying a Wuuk - do think again. Here's why :-
The notifications don't work. They do sometimes and then they don't. The whole system - external and internal - is unreliable. So you email and they get back to you with a standard reply that tells you to check your settings - if they worked last week and you haven't changed your settings, how is that a solution? You go round in large circles, getting increasingly frustrated, until they tell you that your warranty has expired, when they offer you a discount to buy a new one! Never in this world Wuuk! Incidentally my stepdad bought Wuuk on my suggestion; his is exactly the same - unreliable, so it's not just me!!

Terrible device. I never leave bad reviews until now. I had issues with this doorbell from the beginning. Every 2 months I have to remove the device and reset it. I never knew when it was working or not, when people came to my door the motion and or bell didn't work. I had 2 units and they both failed. They also discontinue the updates forcing you to buy a new model. Support wasn't helpful, in fact they thought I left a bad Amazon review and were trying to bribe me to replace my units for free, when I told them it wasn't my review they ghosted me and would no longer reply to my emails. Really disappointing product and company. I bought the Eufy doorbell which has free memory and no subscription and I love it so far. I will never buy another Wuuk device.

Item cost 120, but credit card was charged 121.2, they sent email that item was out of stock and would cancel the order and refund, but only refunded 120.

3 minutes delay too late answer the doorbell it buffering when trying to look at recording and foggy video when it rains camera lens is not waterproof, it need lots of improvement it not worth the money it costs.
Need new update firmware doorbell is self lots of improvement in design and wether test ip rate WUUK claims it's don't stand up.

I bought it replaces of ring doorbell I should have looked other makes instead WUUK.
