I cannot thank this company enough after a really bad experience. I spoke to them on the phone which is great in itself. Got the reassurance l needed and 14 day stock expected. Was instock in 11 days and all completed within 14. The price was exceptionally competitive. A company you can trust and rely on with excellent communication. Thankyou Michael and Steven. Excellent company, Excellent customer service which is a rarity these days.. they not only have a phone number they actually answer it. The bed is great and the best price I could find, my grandaughter loves it .
My delivery arrived next day and it was free, what a bonus!! .......Michael and Steve genuinely care about their customers, they listen and give great advice. I recommend 1-2-1 Home Furniture I would certainly use them again. Well done guys!!!

Ordered our sofa on the 16/05/22 n was delivered 18/05/22 fantastic service would definitely use again, sofa is great quality thank you 121 furniture fir a easy speedy transaction

The worst experience I have ever had. Please do not purchase anything from 121 furniture. Total incompetence from start to finish. Dropped the first sofa at the wrong address. The second sofa arrived damaged. Then a fight to get a refund. Just under a month of stress. A total joke of a business. Be smart shop and shop somewhere else. I would score them a zero if I could. Awful just awful.

Ordered an Oak Julian Bowen bed frame from this company. The Bed frame came in damaged packaging i was suspicious however the delivery company didnt give me any time to check for damages. upon opening the head board the right hand support has been shattered making the bed unusable. i have emailed and called left messages no answer?? Just wanted to update yet again after delivery a replacement bed frame i have been delivered a second badly broken bed. i honestly wish i never purchased something from this company or Julian Bowen furniture. what a terrible mistake!!

So - 121 was my 2nd attempt to order a desk for my home office!
The first attempt was via one of their competitors who firstly took ages to despatch the item, missed the first 2 delivery dates, finally turning up on the 3rd. However, the top of the desk was cracked right down the middle and impossible to miss so no idea why delivery was even attempted....then they advised me the part I needed was out of stock so offered a refund why I'm now having to chase.
My 2nd attempt was with 121 - ordering was easy (much faster than before) and it turned up when it was supposed to and the quality seemed so much better than the previous desk (it was certainly packaged better).
I wish I'd found 121 first time.....if you're reading this review and thinking twice then don't - I've tried the competition and it isn't worth the hassle!

Fantastic service. Delivery was arranged promptly and item received within 5 working days. Excellent comms. Michael emailed to advise me of the process and keep me informed of what and when to expect to hear from the delivery company. Furniture piece was exactly as described and very securely packaged. A pleasure to do business with and highly recommended.

Purchased drawers from Hong Kong range. Loved that no assembly required (apart from the legs). Good quality, good service and sorted a problem with no quibbles.

Ordered a dining and able chairs. Excellent service and delivery. Unfortunately the table was damaged in transit. The customer service was again excellent and a replacement was arranged for delivery in less than an hour. Thank you.

I ordered a rattan furniture set from 121home furniture. Due to a hold up with the suppliers and them not being able to give a definite delivery date Michael rang me to inform me of this. He gave me several different options one being a full refund of the money I’d already paid.
I chose a different set of furniture with an expected delivery date given.
I cannot speak highly enough of Michael the owner who throughout the time I was waiting rang and emailed me to inform me of the progress of my delivery. There was no wondering or waiting to find out what was happening, all of which was very much appreciated by myself. I’ve now taken delivery of my rattan furniture which looks lovely on my patio. The overall quality of the set is amazing. I would totally recommend buying from 121 home furniture. They may be a small business but their customer service is first class and I don’t think you’ll be disappointed. I definitely wasn’t.

Fast and Professional Service ordering our Julian Bowen TV stand.
Prompt delivery which was confirmed by telephone call. My mind was at ease ordering £500+ online whilst we are in lockdown, as my I would rather shop in store for furniture.
Would definitely shop with 1 2 1 again and would 100% recommend.

I ordered 4 dining chairs last September and was really pleased with the customer service, delivery and chairs which were exactly as described, so I left a 5 star review on the company’s website. One of the chairs developed a fault and I was very impressed with how quickly and efficiently the issue was resolved and a replacement chair sent to me.

I found this site quite by accident because I wanted a Julian-Bowen Dining Set, it was out of stock everywhere, but they had a date for expected delivery. I ordered it and paid for it. It was coming direct from Julian Bowen expected delivery end of January, then on 23/12/2020 Julian Bowen sent me a list of dates for delivery, I chose 08/01/2021, and it was delivered by another first class company. Unfortunately 1 chair leg was broken, I emailed 121 on the Monday, who said they would report it to JB and on 15/01/2021 it was delivered. I cannot thank 121 enough, they kept me informed every step of the way from placing the order to making sure everything was satisfactory. I would give them 100% for their customer service, and would buy from them again. Dining sets looks fab by the way.
