Ich kann die vorherigen Bewertung nur bestätigen: Die limitierte Kursdauer (6 Monate) wird gerade in Angebotsphasen extrem undurchsichtig beworben. Sie erscheint auch nicht auf der Rechnung! Das wirkt unseriös. Inhaltlich ist der Kurs vergleichbar mit anderen, wesentlichen günstigeren Online-Angeboten. Es gelingt den Präsentierenden recht gut, die durch das Medium bedingten Beschränkungen zu relativieren. Ich werde aber angesichts der hervorragenden Alternativen hier keinen zweiten Kurs erwerben.

123sonography is a PERFECT institution for learning Sonography and I must stress they really care about teaching. Its not like any other online course where you are left with more doubts then you started with. Even their short tutorils are filled with detailed explanation. They cover entire spectrum of Sonography. They have courses for every section like abdo, carotid , pediatric etc. My favourite being echocardiography in which they offer basic & advanced learning. They also have covered strain imaging which is relatively newer concept. They also offer free courses and offer scholarships
which is very rare these days. Radiology is all about findings and i must say they have covered the whole belt of differentials. The best part is how CLEARLY they explain / show the findings. I must say anyone interested in Sonography or imaging studies MUST go through these courses. Books can only guide us but here you get the handholding and PRACTICAL aspect of the subject from the experts in the field. I bet every penny spent on their course is more WORTH then medical college tution fees.

Sehr teuer. Schlechter Support / sehr unfreundlich. Buchhaltung unaufmerksam und unfreundlich (Betrag wurde zweimal abgebucht und nicht von selbst zurück überwiesen. Die gekauften Fortbildungen sind nur 6 Monate nutzbar (steht irgendwo im Kleingedruckten).
Die Fortbildung an sich ist nett und macht Spaß, ist aber letztlich sehr oberflächlich und kratzt alles nur mal so kurz an (POCUS FOCUS Class). Den Sponsor kann man in jedem Video nicht übersehen, er nimmt aber meiner Auffassung nach keinen relevanten Einfluss auf die Inhalte.
Fazit: ich konnte die Fortbildung nicht ganz zu Ende machen, hätte dafür eine Extension kaufen müssen, das wollte ich nicht. Die Kurse selber haben Spaß gemacht, aber mir keine grundsätzlich neuen Inhalte vermittelt. Allerdings haben sie meine Sicherheit bestärkt. Ich habe mich sehr darüber geärgert, dass erst der Betrag doppelt abgebucht wurde, dann nicht von selbst zurück überwiesen wurde, dann mein Konto versehentlich vom Anbieter gesperrt wurde, dann nach einigem hin und her wieder freigeschaltet wurde und dann ohne weitere Vorankündigung das Konto wieder wegen des irgendwo verborgenen 6-Monats-Limits wieder gesperrt wurde. Ich habe zu einem anderen Anbieter gewechselt und fühle mich dort seriöser und besser betreut (und er ist auch deutlich billiger, aber nicht so "peppig" aufgemacht)

They literally spoon feed you in teaching.On one screen there is probe position is shown and on own screen there is ultrasound showing. With alot of background instructions and tricks for performing scan.
