CholestMD works!
I have high cholesterol but never wanted to take any prescribed medication from my doctor. I decided I was going to order CholestMD about a year ago. I was not consistent with the daily dosage. When I had my annual check up in Nov 2025, my number were higher than my previous year. From that day on, I started taking the recommended daily dosage as well as changing my diet and being a little more active. After 6 months I did another test and my cholesterol numbers were down 60 points. I will continue to use this daily.

Don't sign up for a subscription
Don't sign up for a subscription. They will ship you more than you agreed too. Great product, but they overship/overbill you when compared with the plan you signed up for. You end up with too many bottles of supplements at too much expense, so you have to cancel the subscription.
The replay below does not address the issue. The reason that I am warning people to refrain from signing up for a subscription is because 1 MD ships 3x more supplements than you ask for/agree to, so you are over-billed 3x compared to initial subscription agreement, and you end up with a year’s worth of extra supplements. I cancelled after I received too many bottles to store on the shelf. It was difficult, but I was able to cancel after dodging a couple of attempts to stop me, but cancelling is not the issue, like stated below. Receiving and getting billed for 3x the supplements that you agreed to receive is the problem.

My Journey
I have had a journey of several years to combat lymphatic colitis and osteoporosis. My first supplement was 1MD Osteo. It increased my bone density along with a medication I was taking.
The second supplement was 1 MD , Gut. This helped me repair the wall of my GI tract. I also took Biome for women for gut issues. After 2 years of gradual improvement, I am on the road for healing. I could not have done as well without help from these supplements. I take them prescribed every day without skipping a dose. Thank you 1MD for making supplements that I can count on.

I’m older and don’t use the technology putting in passwords to get a discount for your products. A discount would be appreciated for those who are elderly. Eye supplement are the best!…
I have used the eye supplements of 1MD for 5 yrs now and I showed my ophthalmologist what im taking and she looked it over and said these are a good choice. Plus I trust this company and its in the US which is a big thing to me.
