I have been a customer of 3000rpm for a number of years now and have found the sales and repair teams to be most helpful. I wouldn't go to any other company now and I have recommended many of my friends to 3000rpm.

Have used 3000 rpm for my computer requirements for some years and have always been pleased with their products, prices and assistance. Particularly, recently, found them to be very knowledgeable and helpful when inquiring about purchase of components for a new desktop PC.. Even when there was an unfortunate misunderstanding with faults on both sides 3000 rpm rectified the problem without any fuss.

Excellent customer service. The shop on Hawkhill has a sign that says they shut at 6.30 pm. I arrived at 5.15 pm and it was shut. I was irritated as I had driven in from Broughty Ferry as I thought it was open un tile 6.30 pm. I phoned their place off Brown Street which really does shut at 6.30 pm to be told the shop shut at 5 pm. When I pointed out that the sign on the door said 6.30 pm, someone ran up from the Brown Street place to give me my repaired I Pad. Most places wouldn't do that even although it was their error. But they really should change the sign on the door and their email/texts to make clear that the shop closes at 5 pm.

Fast repair and price was very reasonable.

I took my iPad in after it crashed whilst trying to update to IOS 11. The service from start to finish was fantastic. Staff were friendly and understanding and kept me up to date with the repair. All in all it was great value for the service provided.

Reliable, honest, good value for money. Dealt with mobile and laptop well. Also follow up when problems was good.

Bought laptop on Saturday intending on doing my course work for Monday. Laptop not working. Phoned shop to be told need to bring it back to shop. Handed it in on at 12 o'clock on Monday and was advised that I would receive a text to go collect it later that day. 5 o'clock no text, so called them to be advised laptop was not going to be ready and would have to go back on the Tuesday. As I don't live in Dundee this was not convenient at all. Collected on Tuesday and not as much as an apology was forthcoming or an explanation as to why it was not working in the first place. And am out of pocket £14 for buses to and from Dundee through no fault of my own. Not good customer relations.

Absolutely a brilliant company, and would really recommend anyone with a computer/printer problem to contact them. The service is excellent, they are informative, friendly, and will turn your items around so quickly.
