It's been more than 8 weeks now of waiting to get my account verified and the waiting game continues. I hope other people knows that's the kind of predicament they may have to deal with signing up with this company. Had to resort to contacting the FDJ United CEO Stephanie Pallez who owns 32Red as this is beyond ridiculous.

Fully verified but my account has been frozen with £1920 in the account. Unable to withdraw. Unable to play. Live chat useless and said my account is under review but that there is no timescales for when this will be completed and could take months.

I have recently won a big amount on the website and suddenly 32red decided they wanted to go through extra verification on my account - I have now been waiting 2 weeks for the verification to be complete till today it has not been the money I have withdrawn is on hold prior to this I have withdrawn money with no issues and the support team is completely robotic no help and have actually been extremely rude this company feels like a scam avoid it
