Very poor service
Very poor service, sent several emails requesting letters from HMRC but no reply from 360 Company. Beware of this Company they say reply in 24 hours still waiting for a reply.

First experience
It's my first time but things were pretty simple and explanatory. Just that I was struggling to retrieve the authentication code but a colleague of mine who has used the sytem before was around to help.

I used this company for the first time
I used this company for the first time. It took them 3 days to register my company. I received Certificate of Incorporation electronically immediately after the registration. Communications after the initial contact has a room to improve.

Bank account is an added extra and not part of the package.
We took out the package which includes a bank account, but cash plus could not setup bank account as 360formations was too slow to make the company and therefore cash plus could not recognise the company name or number. Email 360formations and they said the bank account is an added extra and not actually included in the package.

Thank you for your review.
We refer our customers to banks such as Cashplus as soon as the company has been formed, therefore it is not possible to be "too slow" to form the company. We cannot refer a limited company if the company has not been formed.
As you can see from our packages page the bank referral is an added benefit and is not included in the package. The reason for this is because we do not have control whether the bank will accept you as a client or not. This is the case mainly for customers in riskier industries.
