The whole experience was excellent. The Easy to use online procedure, including PD measuring. The glasses were shipped in a few days and I received them earlier than projected time frame. Glasses arrived intact and fit perfectly. I will be ordering others in the future.

The lenses had no flaws. They are light and my vision is very clear. Everything was packaged well and you returned the original lenses and shipping glass case. The clam case, lens wipe, and screw driver you provided were nice quality items. I wanted Amber colored lenses- your color offerings are a bit limited. The price was reasonable due to the 15% discount.

I don’t mean to be one of those people but I am deeply upset due to my experience with 39dollarglasses. I sent those glasses in which cost me $20 to ship and on top of that it was $53 for them to actually make the lenses to fit the glasses. Earlier this morning I received an email that they broke my glasses. HOW DO YOU DO THAT ?!? I apologize for being dramatic but those sunglasses were very special to me and I wanted to replace the lenses so they could be my everyday. I wouldn’t say that I wouldn’t recommend this place because I am sure they do great work but I am still heartbroken by the lose of these. If anything I’d recommend going to an eye doctor by you to get them done in person.

This company is terrible in every regard. I had 3 different frames break in less than a month of receiving them. The company would not replace the glasses after the second break and said "the frames were defective." Why was that my problem and not theirs.

The customer service people were rude and did not follow up on commitments they made to provide status on a return/replacement. I had to contact them 3 times and they blamed me for expecting they were going to follow through on their commitment. I will never buy from them again.

I found very flattering frames that I love, the service was good and the price was very affordable. But the frames were understandably cheaply made with fragile plastic that broke within the first month. Hopefully the company will replace the frames at no cost.

Just the ease of selection and building in my RX to get my glasses. I have gotten used to the lead time on getting more complicated lens ground and delivered. You really cannot beat the deal. I would have to go back and look, but I would imagine I have purchased 10 to 15 sets of glasses over the years. Only made one user error, and they worked to make it right!

i bought a pair in April and the lens was yellow. I did not see that in the description. I returned it and they made me a new pair. Service was great and they were very helpful. I paid for the upgraded coating thinking it would be a better product. 4 months later the coating is smudged and wearing off and I am not longer under warranty. I was told this is from normal wear and tear or using harsh chemicals or rough paper towels, which I do not use. I have always cleaned my glasses with eyeglass cleaner and micro fibre lens cleaning cloths and have never had them wear in 4 months I was disappointed to learn that this more expensive lens should wear out so fast.

WOW! All I can say. Is that I never heard of this company but landed on them as a "Google" search. I have these pair of frames that I have been wearing close to ten years. I have several pairs. The only glasses, that I feel that I look okay in. I was distraught when the vendor could no longer order them for me. So I used this company. Well, I sent them away. The one thing they could do better, is provide a prepaid shipping label. That would make the process, 1000% easier, more efficient. So I sent them away. They came back in LESS than a WEEK. Holy cow! Awesome right? None the less. They are perfect. New prescription. I can not believe the turn around time. So for anyone on the fence. GO HERE!!!

I love this company and their return process and I have been ordering for years I also appreciate the time Kyle took with me today and I love the frames I have ordered, I do wish I usually get the protective coating cause they still do scratch, but I also like the prices and the fast set up and delivery of my orders!
