I ordered some stockings for…
I ordered some stockings for Valentine's Day, they were black with red hearts. According to the website they had plenty in stock. I also asked for 2 day's shipping. After not received a tracking email on roughly the third business day, I contacted them through email asking what was the status. The told me that they were sold out of the stockings, and asked if I wanted a different color and style. I do not appreciate that they do not contact me right away after the order was placed, and they tried to pass off another style in brand as if it was the same

Ko,
First off we are so sorry that we were out of stock in those stockings in red and second we do apologize for not responding to you for a couple of days. We were expecting another shipment of the red hearts and as soon as we became aware that they were not shipped we contacted you. We try very hard to make our customers happy and are disappointed for you and for us when we fall short. Again our apologies.

Items seem to usually be in stock and ship quickly. Prices on some items tend to run a bit high. Quality is usually good. I continue to order from their site.

I purchased the cutest shoes
I purchased the cutest shoes, and when they arrived, they were damaged quite badly. I contacted 3 Wishes, and without hesitation, they told me they were shipping me a new pair, and to toss the damaged pair. Both pairs arrived right on time, and the new pair were stellar.
