Awakenings tickets gekocht, beetje prijzig maar werkte gewoon. Eigen schuld dat het duur was aangezien ik alles 2 dagen voor t evenement heb geregeld.
Anfangs war ich mir etwas unsicher aufgrund der Angabe das die Karten frühestens 3 Tage vor Beginn des Events verschickt werden ( ist in diesem Fall Nur auf Thunderdome bezogen) da ich eigentlich lieb... Ver mais

Great experience, trustworthy.
I have no experience with booking football tickets, but I booked a feyenoord champions league ticket for a friend. I was worried that it might not be legitimate, but on match day my friend got his ticket and even a free upgrade to a better seat. During the weeks leading up to the match, they were available for any questions and doubts that I had. Great experience!

Kaarten wedstrijd Liverpool
Voor mijn zoon zn verjaardag kaarten geboekt voor de wedstrijd Liverpool vs Brighton, samen met zn vader op pad.... best spannend.
Maar alles was perfect geregeld, fijne en snelle communicatie en mooie plaatsen in het stadion. Mijn mannen hebben ook nog eens een top wedstrijd gezien! Bedankt!!

Ik wou met een paar vrienden naar Andre Rieu en na even zoeken op internet kwamen me terecht bij 4alltickets die hebben ons netjes de kaarten gemaild en na uitprinten konden we genieten van het concert, Super geregeld!

We hebben 4 tickets voor het concert van Andre Rieu en we kregen de kaarten netjes toegestuurd.
Het waren ook exact de plaatsen die we hadden besteld
We gaan voor volgend jaar weer bij dit goede bedrijf onze kaarten bestellen!

Warten seit eineinhalb Stunden.
Das Ticket ist nicht einlösbar.
Weil nicht richtig personalisiert.
Drei Stunden nach Holland gefahren und man kommt nicht rein.
Laut PayLogic kommt dies öfter vor.
Die Antwort kam aber keine Hilfe...wie haben Stunden hier versucht eine Lösung zu finden. Und telefoniert.
Es wurde keine Lösung gefunden.

Die Veranstaltung habe ich dann verlassen weil unser Freund in der Clique der Eintritt verwehrt wurde.
Verlust von mehr als 300 Euro mit allem.
Der Kontakt war freundlich aber nicht hilfreich.
Es hilft halt nie wenn man freundlich ist aber die Bestimmungen eines Produktes welches man vertreibt nicht kennt.
Kauft niemals bei diesem Anbieter!

Und es ist korrekt ist bin nicht der Kunde, ich habe mein Ticket beim Anbieter selbst gekauft.
Und ich bin reingelassen worden.
Aber welcher herzlose Mensch lässt einen Freund der über 300 KM gefahren ist allein?
Somit habe ich die Veranstaltung auf die ich mich ein Jahr gefreut habe nach zwei Stunden verlassen.
Die Clique die gemeinsam ein tolles Erlebnis haben wollte wurde auseinander gerissen.
Der Urlaub den ich mir vom Munde abgespart habe als alleinerziehende war damit durch.... unglaublich traurige Erfahrung 😟

The ticket cannot be redeemed.
Because not properly personalized.
Drove three hours to Holland and you can't get in.
According to PayLogic this happens often.
The answer came but no help...we spent hours here trying to find a solution. And made phone calls.
No solution was found.

I paid around €150 plus travel and parking to take this photo below. And booked a vacation home.
Most expensive photo ever.
I then left the event because our friend in the clique couldn't get in.
A year of anticipation and then this chaos.
The contact was friendly but not helpful.
It never helps if you are friendly but don't know the regulations of the product you are selling.
Never buy from this supplier!
For the sake of fairness it should be mentioned that the amount was booked back by the friend.
But my damage was not reimbursed
