Very helpful when I phoned with a query. Arrived in excellent condition and on time despite the bank holiday weekend. They phoned to confirm the delivery and gave option of am or pm. Great service.

4Bathrooms good to deal with, delivery company very good. Furniture heavy duty, nice finish but assembly let it down, had to re drill a drawer runner to level it up, one of handles had a stripped thread but I did not bother 4Bathrooms as I had a self tapper that did the job. Linen basket only loosely secured so it fouled on the door stop preventing the door opening if it slid to one side, had to re drill and move bracket over to prevent this.

Over a week since order and dispatch and still nothing

First time I have used 4bathrooms, I would certaint use again and recommend. Easy to buy, hastle free and excellent service. The product I brought looks amazing, I am one very happy customer.

4bathrooms was best price I could find for this unit and free delivery was a real bonus, so more than happy with that. Said 5-7 days delivery on website so was not expecting soon & was awaiting delivery info. However without any notification at all by text, phone call or email arrived few days later at 7.15pm in evening & luckily we were at home & husband was in, as needed to carry up to 2nd floor flat! Unit & basin were really well wrapped with bubble pack around body & sides but not at the top, which was open to cardboard box & soaking wet. Courier didn't have time for us to open & check so signed for as "not seen". On opening bubble pack the whole vanity unit cardboard box and basin cardboard was sopping wet and inside, the actual vanity unit was also dripping with water & even instruction sheet inside unit was soaked & put on radiator to dry out. Seemed as though packages had been left out in a real downpour. Spent some time drying unit with cloths and kitchen roll. Left in warm room overnight and next day was relieved that all seemed ok & we didn't need to return it. Guess it shows these units are reasonably resistant to water damage! Emailed 4bathrooms right away for feedback but didn't receive reply. Pleased with unit now it is fitted but It's a real shame if the lack of delivery info and poor condition of the unit when delivered was down to the courier, as it reflects on 4bathrooms.

Not just an online company, but a telephone customer service who were very quick to answer and help with my queries. The delivery was free and fast...and the item came preassembled!!!!!

Would recommend them and use them again myself.

Excellent stock of modern bathroom facilities. Very fast delivery. Prices very competitive.
The only negative point was poor feedback on technical enquiries concerning kits supplied.

I've been recommended 4bathroom by the contractor working on my house. Got the shower, shower enclosure, wash basin, toilet and vanity units all from the shop. Good quality products and delivery service was great. All very satisfying with much better price than most other DIY stores. Very happy about my bathroom now.

Able to supply an item from stock that many couldn't because manufacturer out of stock. Evening phone call answered with promise of following day check on stock, prompt confirmation of availability and order dealt with rapidly with free quick delivery completed on day promised. Would definitely recommend this supplier and would use them again.

Very quick delivery. Sturdy shower doors, only problem, insufficient screws supplied and grub screws required for handle so not loose.

Quadrant shower cubicle purchased online, once home realised the box had already been previously opened and re-sealed. Metal trim to shower cubicle was damaged (scratched and dented). Telephone call made to company, discussed issue with a 'lady' who was unhelpful & rude, addressing me as 'love'. My partner visited the shop and the person there was very helpful but I think you should address the issue of customer service with whoever it is that takes phone calls. She advised me that she is the manager which I find very hard to believe and if she is I would suggest her manager send her on a customer service course to learn how to address customers appropriately. This company was recommended to me by family & friends who have used it previously but I'm afraid my experience this time would prevent me from recommending in the future. Thank you though to whoever changed the product without question in store.

Ordered vanity unit on line, within a day i was contacted by the company to advise me that the unit i had ordered was out of stock.
However they could offer me a simlar size and shape of unit with very minor changes.
We accepted this and within 3 days the unit was delivered and we are delighted with the quality for the price we paid
This was no mean feat as we live in the far north of Scotland and delivery was free whilst other companies offering a similar product wanted to charge ADDITIONAL £45.00 for REMOTE LOCATION!!!!
