Ordered 3 kettlebells 12kg, 16kg and 20kg. I spent ages trying to find 3 in stock from the same supplier and range.
2 arrived in the post the 16kg was missing. No message or email, then I got a refund for the 16kg.
Not good service atall, did not give me chance to cancel the whole order. Still have no explanation or apology. Just a refund.

Five stars that's what they deserve I was in panic as I host a fitness event and dumbbell was urgently needed, I couldn't find anywhere at reasonable price and the time frame was very short ! I ordered with 66fituk on Monday morning I received the items on Tuesday at noon on free delivery !How professional i truly recommend 66fituk ! Total Satisfaction

Ordered at 10am on Friday, was dispatched about 2 hours later and arrived early Saturday - fantastic service for free delivery. Item is as described and good quality.

Unbelievably quick delivery, literally the next day I kid you not!!! And the compression ice wraps are top build quality too!!!!!

I bought a fibre glass pelvic floor ring that only lasted 5 months! It's now shaped like a rugby ball instead of a circle. All bent instead of a full circle like it was when it was new. And now it is unusable and ineffective! Waste of my money. It states these things last for years. It didn't even last 6 months! Very disappointed in the item to say the least. Poor experience.

I LOVE the 66fit products, the new water bottles are so cute and keep my drinks cool for ages.

66fit Aerobic Step £29.
For the price this step functions OK but I was really disappointed to find that the 'textured' surface to allow good grip during use does not include the edge of the step which is smooth and curved. Stepping on the edges results in my foot slipping and this means I can't do the achilles stretch on the step that most step classes and gyms advocate.
Also, the 66 logo in the middle of the step is also smooth and slippy - not a great position. If I try to carry out lunges with my back toe on the step, invariably I end up with it on the logo area and my foot slides. It's really frustrating.
When I pick up the step the bottom feet always fall off, which is annoying, but remedied with some blobs of blu-tac. Still disappointing though, for a new purchase.
All in all, the step is functional but is not what I expected and I wouldn't have bought it had I realised that it would have slippy areas. Shame.
The company itself delivered promptly and ordering was easy. No complaints there!

If you want a comfortable cushion, this is the one for you, however, if you want one that will last a long time, look for something else.
We bought our 1st one from Amazon, for my wife, who is a stage 4 cancer patient on palliative care, weighing 61.2 kg ( 9.6 stone ), which is not what you would call heavy. It lasted a couple of months, with a puncture that could not be found to repair, so we bought another one from Amazon ( which, incidentally was smaller than the 1st one ) & now that has got a puncture which cannot be found to repair, so am now going to buy a Dunlopillo seat cushion, so buyer, be warned.

I ordered Naqi Ultra Massage Lotion which arrived quickly and well packaged. In addition, it was a really good price compared with all other sites I searched. This was my first experience of this company but based on this experience I would definitely use them again.

The EMS unit which I ordered is scratched, making it difficult to read the display. I have sent 4 email requests over the past 2 weeks requesting an undamaged replacement. There has been no reply from 66fitNZ. The unit cost $180. This has been a disappointing experience of poor service. I need the EMS to work with a stroke patient, so time is critical. Poor performance by this company

These are my second batch of these special cushions. They are well made, last a long time , they do the job as specified and were delivered promptly. I wouldnt do without them.

Foam roller arrived quickly and is excellent quality at a reasonable price.

I suffer from MS and came accross 66fit at my pilates class and decided I needed one of my own as my balance is very poor and my ankles weak making walking difficult. I am finding standing on 66fit and trying to balance on one leg for about 10 minutes a day improves my balance and walking while using a minimal amount of my limited daily energy allowance. Great!
