You deserve 5 stars even though being age 92 I coudn't manage the complexities of your web site. Having phoned through my order I had polite and helpful service and my order was despatched immediately so I had it the nexr day. How's that for service?

Labels were exactly what I wanted but…
Labels were exactly what I wanted but unfortunately Royal Mail let me down. I ordered on 30th November. There was a First Class label on the envelope. Labels arrived late afternoon on 10th December.
