I ordered some gorgeous liberty fabrics, and after it had been despatched, I realised the autofill when I'd typed my number into the order had automatically changed my address so half of the address was where I wanted it to go, but the postcode was mine.
David was extremely helpful and communicative. He updated me on my order returning to them and rapidly posted it back out same day to the correct address. I always receive great customer service in store so it's wonderful to know it continues online.

Loved the stores and the range of fabrics I'm from Preston ans live in Ireland and made a point when back home to call in and get some fabric, staff were brilliant and got 15 meters got home started a job but found i ran out, looked on line it was not available contacted the store really helpfull but they had sold out put me onto the bolton branch really help full but they also had none they finally found Manchester had 37 meters Yes!! Unfortunately they could not post it, contacted the really helpful customer services and asked could they get some from the Manchester branch to post they flatly said No...im screwed my fault should of bought more

The customer services team went the extra mile to source another roll of a Liberty fabric for me after it had run out online.

I accidentally deleted an email containing an e-voucher code. I had the original order number. The staff at Abakhan (North Wales) were very helpful and took my details to pass on to the customer service desk. The very next day I received a reply and later that day, the voucher code was sent to me again. Was very pleased and so impressed with the speed in which my query was dealt with. Thank you Aberkhan.

The colour and the feel of the wool is a really good quality.
Postage was quick too.
I did contact their customer service with some queries concerning my account, and the response was quick and resolved by the next day.

Excellent customer service when a problem arose.
I inadvertently missed off part of my postcode and my delivery was sent to a postal depot far from my home. Having tracked this and realising there was a problem I contacted customer service and David sorted the issue resulting in my goods arriving the next day.

Ordered the 10balls for £10 overstock sale. Easy to order and quick delivery. So pleased that I ordered another 20balls of yarn in 4ply and DK. i only knit for charity these days so great to be able to knit more items without costing a lot.

When Abakhan Fabrics were unable to fulfill my order for fabric for my daughter's wedding dress they sent me a sample of something similar by 1st class post. It turned out to be a better choice than my original order. Great communication by email and again very prompt delivery once I'd confirmed the order. Will definitely use Abakhan again.

Lovely fabric, well packaged and prompt delivery. Might suggest a review of use of excessive plastic bags in packaging to reduce plastic pollution.
