Ordered on 4/10 for 4/21 delivery
Ordered on 4/10 for 4/21 delivery. Had to call several times, yet the agent couldn’t identify the problem. Had an error and would escalate. She never returned my call to give an update. When I told her she didn’t understand the gravity of the situation , she told me she understood english, which wasn’t my point. My point was the gravity of running out of my supply. 11 day lead time should be plenty.

Seamless and trouble free
After the initial setup, all I have to do is respond to a text from ABC Medical when it's time to re-order. I follow the link that pulls up the last order, submit and done. Then, because I opt in for notifications, I receive a text letting me know when the supplies ship. Pretty seamless and trouble free!
