Easy to set up reasonably priced

After taking out a policy I contacted them the next day to say I’d had a cold 4 months earlier and been given antibiotics to clear a cough. No further follow up from doctor needed.I asked if this was relevant and was told the policy was cancelled immediately. Seemed it would have been simpler to add it to my information than go through the cancellation process and refund me.

Easy to follow online instructions and reasonable price

Tried other travel insurance companies in the past but ABTA have been reliable in my opinion.

Always easy to select the level of cover, book and pay. Thankfully didn`t need to call upon the insurance this year, but when we have in the past, the system has been easy to negotiate. A well priced premium product. Thank you. Ken
