The nurses and staff were very helpful always on hand when I needed them and talked me through everything. The surgery went well and I’m happy with the results and I am looking forward to when recovery is finished to see the end result. Thank you for everything.

Very rushed from the beginning as once the hair line was drawn on I mentioned it not being symmetrical and was told it will be fine to which I was ushered into the chair to make a start

Very unprofessional a lot of laughing and joking throughout and very rough treatment

Tissue paper was getting caught in the insertion tool when placing hair follicles in the new position, to which I had to pull out once healed

After care and result
After care with the reps was a nightmare as they were very hard to get hold of and tablets were just thrown at me once the procedure was over with a piece of paper and poor instruction.

Upon going back to the hospital I was told to meet the rep there, whilst waiting in the lobby area she walked in straight past me and went and had a half hour or so conversation with her friends before then coming back to collect me.

I was taken to have my head washed which seemed very rough considering was told I had to be careful with the grafts coming out early on if knocked or rubbed excessively.

The rep asked to take photos to which I replied no and I saw her turning her phone towards me taking pictures

I’ve been left with a wonky hairline and it’s very thin and patchy at the front and the back looks no different to before the procedure

Overall I’m not satisfied with the treatment and professionalism at all and am very disappointed and dissatisfied with the results. I have a few friends who have been else where and had far better results with much better service

I had a breast augmentation with Academy Clinic’s Dr Mete and would definitely recommend him to anyone interested! I was looked after well and the staff were all lovely. I would however say that at times I found the language barrier with the nurses a little difficult and would also mention that my pre-surgery consultation felt very rushed with more focus on collecting content for their social media channels, so I struggled slightly to get across exactly the breast size etc I desired- I am super happy now during my healing process and hope that once they are fully healed I am happy with the final result!🥰 Thank you Academy Clinic xx

I had liposuction on my thighs arms and abdomen. The Staff und nurses are really friendly and they are doing their jobs very well. My Patient Consultant was Burak, very friendly and always writes back in WhatsApp.
I always felt good and welcomed.
The transfer was ok, on the surgery day ive waited 1hour for the transfer.
The hospital was avrasya Hospital which first consufed me because i was told first the surgery is going to happen in academy hospital. There i was a bit upset because there was no communication about that. Whatsoever , in general i would recommend acamedy clinic. The one thing i was really upset was the lack of communication with the doctor. I had 2-3 questions but i was so distracted from the nurses who took photos of me that the doctor was gone Leaving me with unanswered questions. But lets Hope the Result is going to be well and i will hopefully ve happy about it.

Please please please be careful when booking here! I have already left a review however they tried to have it taken down which now I have sent all the documents over to prove experience trust pilot are keeping it up! If anyone wishes to contact me regarding this please do so as I don't want anyone going through what I went through! I'm having to repay another £7000 to fix their mistakes, I've had so many people reach out to me with their stories of the academy clinic and it really is traumatising!

from the moment i was greated from the airport all of my fears and anxierty stopped. from this moment on was never scared just very very excited. the hospital is beautiful and the nurses are so pleasant and happy. my surgeon dr erkin peoingoz has been my hero in the work he has done. the nurses help you so much. and are so calm and reassuring. i did not feel like i was in a hospital or clinic. more like a high class hotel. i am so happy and i recommend to everybody.

My full experience has been a nightmare!! I had mmo and 360 lipo with uplift and implant!!
My body is a mess!! I came home and within 1 week my stomach endured a large hole bigger than a 50p piece!! Which was getting bigger!!
I had to go to accident and emergency where they advised I had a massive infection and had to begin the process of having 4 lots of antibiotics and blood tests and then to have my stomach packed!!
I’ve been cut over my hips!! Which I’ve never seen before and my breasts have not been uplifted!!
My breasts look worse now than when I had my operation!! And still have stitches sticking out my breasts!!
I tried to contact academy clinic to be asked if I’ve been stitched in my operation!! Are they for real!!
Academy clinic have now blocked me on one contact and I’ve had to go down another route to contact them which I’m still awaiting a doctor to assess my botched up body!!

From front of desk to full performance the team at The Academy were on point! Spot on(pardon the pun😊, thankyou so much and look forward to my next visit and results from my Botox which I am pretty confident will be to my expectations(when you know you know).. 👍🏼xx

I give 4 stars because of the organizational process, which is not clear. No one gives you a plan and explains how things work, you have to ask and understand almost at the last moment. Not everyone speaks English and it was a bit difficult to communicate. Some of the things that were said to me did not happen that way, but I don't want to mince words. But leaving the minuses, which are not a big problem, I am satisfied with everyone's attitude, they were nice and tried to they help as much as they can. The hospital is nice, clean, the food was good. The transport was good and the hotel was quite nice. The surgeon spoke English and was very professional about her work (I like the result), only that I wanted a subcutaneous implant, not a intramuscular one .but I agreed with his opinion. I am recovering very quickly without pain. I would recommend them with confidence to friends. Thank you all for your care and attention.

Breast uplift and implant replacement by Dr Erkan Pinegoz . Co ordinator Arden. Communication has been excellent throughout although I didn’t realise I would stay 2 days in the hospital I now realised I needed to. Picked up from the airport well organised. Dropped at hotel which is quite far from anything but very nice, clean, modern. Good food.
Day of surgery picked up early. Car was waiting for me. Hospital is clean, they were expecting me. Very organised and fast. Not much waiting around. I would say I massively underestimated the pain but they do give regular pain medication, iv fluids, iv antibiotics and blood thinners to prevent clots for 2 days.
Overall I would say prepare for the language barrier!!!!
My surgeon came early was very thorough and honest, marked me up and told me how long the surgery would take. He reviews you again before you leave and you are discharged with pain meds and antibiotics. They are keen to get you up and walking early which is very good and important.
