Jennifer Bryce provided good advice on choosing which offer to take and how to manage to happy conclusion for buyer and seller. The legal side was handled by Gavin Crowe and Thomas Fowler, who were approachable and gave good advice at crucial decision points. The sales costs were very competitive. From the beginning, Matt, the property valuer showed an excellent level of attention to detail for getting our flat viewing-ready. Jennifer was great from the start. She explained who they were and what they did and how they achieve their results.
They promised a good result and to achieve in excess of the Home Office report which I though would be difficult in the present circumstances. However every thing they said was right and final offer was much higher than expected.
