I would thoroughly recommend Aberdein Considine for managing the sale of a property. All stages of the process were dealt with professionally & I was kept well informed. From Valuation (Lauren Docherty), through marketing (Josh Ogbu) onto dealing with the legal side of the sale, everything was customer-focused, realistic, & efficient. On the legal side, Partner Chris Comfort ensured I was kept fully apprised & aware of the legalities of the sale & Trainee Solicitor, Bethany Jarvis, who handled the sale conclusion, was pleasant & professional, and guided me through the final stages of paperwork to conclude the sale. All-in-all a professional experience, which led to a quick sale. Highly recommended as an Estate Agent.

At the point of writing I can only review the sales experience, but I have been incredibly impressed by AC. Firstly, Kelly Ann was very helpful in assisting with my queries regarding the onboarding process, and always replied promptly with a great level of detail. Secondly, Kira has been absolutely fantastic to work with on the marketing and sale of the property - I have worked in residential development for over 15 years in London and across the South East, so have encountered many Sales Advisers from large agencies. I can confidently say Kira has been one of the best I've worked with. She has excellent attention to detail and acts with real professionalism. Lastly, the other members of the AC team that I have spoken to have always been very polite and courteous. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend the Union St branch of AC.

We recently had our Aberdeen property viewed by this company and we thought their valuation was on the low side. We therefore checked with two other companies and decided to go with one of them. We accepted an offer the day the property went on the market and have sold it for £70k more than Aberdein Considine upper valuation. I would recommend to anyone that they “shop around” and do your own homework before accepting a valuation. It can be an expensive mistake
