I would like to give some positive feedback for Sira, who has been extremely helpful and supportive from day one.

He took the time to understand our requirements and guided us towards the right course for our needs. He was also very helpful in explaining the funding process and supporting us with claiming the available funding.

We have had an excellent experience with Sira throughout the entire enrolment process. He has been incredibly helpful, patient, and supportive from the very beginning, making the process smooth and straightforward for both us and our staff.
We are currently enrolling a large number of staff members from our organisation onto NVQ Level courses, and Sira has made the whole enrolment process very easy and well organised. He is always available to answer our questions, provide clear guidance, and make sure everything is completed correctly.

Ordinarily, I imagine it would have taken me considerably longer to onboard onto the correct Level 5 course, particularly with the LDSS funding window approaching its deadline. However, I was incredibly well supported by my account manager at Access Skills, Gurprit Sira.

Gurprit was professional, knowledgeable and highly supportive throughout the process. He not only guided me through the onboarding requirements, but also helped me avoid common pitfalls and ensured everything progressed as smoothly and efficiently as possible.

When completing my level 5 I came across some health issues which meant I began to fall behind.
I initially got assigned a tutor/assessor who in all honestly added the pressure and I did not feel supported what so ever.
A short while after I got assigned to Dawn and oh my goodness she was amazing, supportive, empathetic, understanding of my condition and supported me every step of the way.
She always got back to me when I emailed.

I have recently completed my QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care. All the tutors I worked with were very helpful and supportive throughout my learning journey. The 2 workplace observation sessions conducted by Kerry Murray were highly relevant to real-life practice and provided in-depth knowledge of leadership and management.

The observations were carried out in a calm and professional manner, and I was given the opportunity to lead the discussions with very little interruption. When further evidence was needed, she asked relevant questions that supported the discussion and allowed me to demonstrate my knowledge effectively.

A huge thank you to Kerry and the entire team for their support and guidance throughout the course.

Nothing short of excellence. If there is one thing I have learned from the brilliant assessor is NEVER COPY and PASTE. The assessor are right. You will never learn when you copy from sources and paste it to your portal. Always use your own words. A word ie enough for the wise. Their words are words of wisdom and I would advise would be learners or students to adhere to the same rules. It is the only way you would enjoy the course. Thank you to all assessors for your advice and I am glad I listened. And a quick thank you to Brighton for your continued support.

I have recently completed level 5 and wish to commend Dawn from Learner Support for the exceptional assistance provided. Her expertise in supporting my dyslexia was invaluable, especially as I returned to education after 35 years. Writing initially seemed overwhelming, but her guidance greatly increased my confidence and capability.
I am sincerely grateful to Dawn for her encouragement and professional support during this process. Her dedication has made a significant impact on my learning experience, and I deeply appreciate her commitment and expertise. The course content has been both engaging and rewarding, and I have found the learning experience to be extremely fulfilling. Not only has it expanded my knowledge and skills, but it has also given me a renewed sense of purpose and enthusiasm for this field.

I really enjoyed the two workplace observation sessions. These were conducted in a very friendly atmosphere and i would like to commend Sonia for the way she led the sessions, she was very professional in her conduct and would let me take the lead in the discussions with very little interruptions unless where it was not clear. This really boosts one's confidence. At no time did i feel it was an observation, i felt as if i was just doing my normal job. It was a relaxed atmosphere. Well done Sonia

I’ve recently completed my QCF Level 5 in Leadership and Management in Adult Care with Access Skills, and I can honestly say it’s been a challenging but incredibly rewarding journey.

The course content was thorough and relevant to real-life practice, giving me the tools I needed to grow both professionally and personally. It was hard work – especially balancing studies with running a care business – but absolutely worth the effort.

I want to give special thanks to Dawn, who was absolutely fantastic throughout. Her guidance, encouragement, and expert knowledge made a real difference and helped keep me on track during the tougher parts of the course. She genuinely cared and went the extra mile, which I’ll always be grateful for.

If you’re thinking about doing your Level 5, I highly recommend Access Skills. Be prepared to put in the work – but know that the support is there, and the outcome is well worth it.

I am very disappointed..
I have submitted my all the assignments last year in October around my due date.

They send assessor to have my face- face assessments which you can imagine not easy specially when you working with vulnerable clients. I have been informed to get my course completed and sign off for certification. But it’s been 6 months now. Every time I get same response nothing else. Looks like very doughy team. Assessor was not even very confident. And she hast finished her side of work yet so I can get updated on system and get my certification.
Pose guys make sure you choose your best option before trusting them.
It’s been 2 years now and I feel like am no where.
