Cindy O was very helpful with questions I had about renewal. Cindy also taught me more about the program that will help me find the information when needed. "Teach a man to fish.." comes to mind. Always have positive experiences with Customer Support.

Adding AccountantsWorld Payroll Relief has been one of the best decisions I have made. I can now profitably and efficiently monitize payroll. I have already taken all my clients out of ADP/Paychex and put them in Payroll Relief. I now collect the fees that they would charge the client. User Interface is far easier than ADP/Paychex. I highly recommend adding Payroll Relief if you are seeking addition revenue for your firm.

Carol was extremely professional and more importantly personable. She took the time to listen to my situation and provided excellent advice.
I also loved that she provided me her direct line so I can call and actually speak with her. It has become more difficult to speak with a real person at many companies. I appreciate that Payroll Relief has kept those lines of communication open.

Form 941 calculation is wrong and there is no customer support. The customer support screams when I ask questions. My Form 941 is not filed yet and I don't know how much is going to be the penalty.

Cindy was awesome. She helped me change subscriptions and checked back to be sure everything was done correctly.

I was a client for a few years and decided to go where the clients are - QuickBooks. I have tried to cancel my subscription for a year now. I was told to contact my representive when I spoke with billing department. They made me believe it was so I could get the client's data. I contacted the representative, she told me to download the data and let the contract run out. I saw a charge for the yearly fee on my credit card statement and contacted them. I was told since the charge was over a month old, I could not get a refund for the annual fee. To make things worse I would need to contact them when the renewal come up again and within the month window to cancel my contract. I could not cancel the renewal now and there is not refund. If you are thinking about signing up with this software, Be sure this is the software you want to use. Its hard to cancel when they have you.

Cindy was great at explaining the process to correct a credit card charge. Went straight to the issue and resolved it.

Our firm has been using AccountantsWorld products since late 2015 and with very few exceptions, have been extremely pleased with their products. I absolutely love working with their Accounting Power product. It is so simply designed, elegant, crisp, and quick but packs a huge punch in terms of features. I am most pleased with their philosophy of "Accountants First" and cannot agree more. The system is designed for accountants who can in turn offer collaboration with clients but with the genius feature that the clients only have access to the functions needed/are capable of handling. No more AR/AP disasters (QB users will know what I'm talking about).

Where I think their product really shines though is the focus on designing this software for Client Accounting Services (CAS). We agree that this is an extremely important new revenue source to go after and their software was built for it. (For instance, you can do bill management and payment for multiple clients all at once from the same screen through their integration with Checkbook.IO - a technology that lets you pay vendors with digital checks). Talk about potential for service and profitability.

I really love this company and am very excited for what they will continue to create/support for accountants.

Lot's of value for the money. I recommend the power practice for any CPA firm. I am in the process of migrating all of my clients from QB and plan to only offer AW as an option.

Cindy was very helpful in resolving my billing question. My bank account information had changed almost a year ago and that information had not been updated on your portal. Cindy helped me make the payment via my credit card so I would not be delinquent. Cindy was courteous, professional and very helpful. Thanks so much, Cindy!

All you need from a payroll provider!

Received the accounting power renewal and the price increased 33% vs. last year. The year before, 2019 to 2020, the increase was 20%. Spoke to Carol Buckman (sp) and the only explanation was that they made significant enhancements! The software is adequate for the small number of clients I service but the price is excessive and unreasonably expensive for my small firm.

Don't mess with payroll!

AW failed to execute payroll transfers correctly and, rather than researching the issue on behalf of the affected employees, falsely claimed that the money had been sent. Even went as far as sending an invalid confirmation that my wife's pay had been funded when it had not.

Mistake #1 was blowing a payroll funding transaction for all the employees. Serious but forgivable.

Mistake #2 was not researching into their error and asking my wife to research why none of the employees across multiple banks had been paid. Serious and UNFORGIVABLE.

Mistake #3 - Thinking its OK once it is (presumably) corrected. This was the first payroll for a new payroll service and they have been unfairly tarnished by the clowns at AW who told them it was processed when it wasn't!!

Your staffs, especially Ms. Cindy Odell are extremely pleasant, patient and accommodating in helping me and taking the time, to choose the right course to Solve my issues. Ms. Odell took the time to listen to our needs and to suggest to best course of action and solve all issues I had. Ms. Odell fine service, friendliness and the effort, which no money can buy, are well appreciated. She shows the company philosophy “To please and satisfy the Customer”.

I'd like to take this opportunity to mention the great job Carol Buckman has done in assisting my company with annual billing questions and issues. Carol was very pro-active and made sure to contact me at key points in the year to make sure I was able to take advantage of leveraging existing credits on my account and advised me on checks usage and purchasing questions.

Small CPA with two offices. Payroll relief and accounting are very good. Strong support. Nimble product. Payroll profitability way up. QB is looking to replace the accountant and CPA, while offering weak support. This is GREAT alternative!
