Everything went well. We were a bit skeptical at first because the interest rate was so low. But after we received the estimate for the payments and didn't see a change in what we were quoted, we were blown away that this was actually going to happen. The work was done well around our schedule and we never felt that we were being pushed into signing. Awesome team!!

Maribeth Strickland is simply awesome. She and her team were extremely professional as usual and very efficient. We started the refi on June 9th and closed on June 22th. Oh and did I mention my rate 2.875%. I will never deal with anyone else other than Maribeth Strickland and Accurate Mortgage ! Thank you all for everything.

The beginning went very well. Excellent customer service on the front end. Our rep went beyond expectation for reviewing the process and details of app. Once all was submitted..it fell apart. The appraiser couldnt remember when they were scheduled however managed to pull it off at the last minute after i called to see where they were.showed up an hour later with apologies. No big deal. Got an email wed...2 days before closing that the paycheck stubs i sent 30 days prior..were not good copies...raced out that night to send copies again.Then the title company stated I could close a day earlier on thursday....but called that day to say she got the file mixed up with someone elses and got the wrong file set up for closing early and we would have to come following day. No big deal. We arranged to leave work early on a Friday afternoon to meet the notary at our home at 3:30 pm so we did not have to drive 45 mins to office. No show...no call. When I called title co. Office at 4pm. They had no idea why I hadnt gotten a call to reschedule...said the paperwork was held up...didnt have computer to check....then checked on it...suddenly had the paperwork...was sending someone later that night to get signed but didnt know what time. Called at 5pm to let me know they were coming and because i was suppose to be somewhere at 6pm were rude to me as if it was my fault that they screwed up. Showed up at 6pm friday night and were nice. Whatever....The day after received another generated email from Accurate letting me know I was now clear to close. Really? Maybe some follow up after you make a sell would be nice. Yes i got another automated email thanking me. The title company made the errors but it felt like once accurate made the sell they were out. Had no confidence that anyone was working together or new where things were in the process or that we would even close on the right date...too many hands in the pot And your computer generated communication is delayed and feels robotic...just sayin.

Janet Yanez and her entire team made the process a breeze. Everyone communicated well and I had any questions answered quickly and clearly. It could not have been a more smooth transition, which was wonderful to experience.

Our rep Matthew Hawkins was amazing. He made the process easy and seamless. I will be recommending him to all my family and friends. If I could I would give him 10 stars.

They make the process as Very easy. They keep you updated throughout and will send a notary to your house so you can sign the closing papers. That makes it even more convenient. Zach Spencer and his team in Murfreesboro is awesome to work with I highly recommend them if you need a mortgage loan.
