Realised I had ordered dog Flex Sprinkles instead of cat Sprinkles, phone the receptionist very polite refunded my money for the first order and took my correct order for cats Flex Sprinkles they were delivered the next day a big thank you to the staff of Ace Cannine Healthcare.

Very quick delivery and good value for money

This company always provide great service but this time went way above and beyond. My orders have always been delivered to Spain no problem but this time since Brexit the order was held up at customs. The company stayed in touch throughout the whole saga and now that it has finally been returned to them they have re sent it to a family member in the UK who will be able to bring it over for me. I offered to pay additional postage but they wouldn't let me. Amazing service.

My elderly dog was limping really badly vet’s gave him some tablets he was still limping stopped them and started on the powder within one week limping stopped and so far not returned, he is now 11 1/2 years old and has been on this powder for at least 3 years

Simply put, their products work. I've been using them for my dog as she's a senior and has developped arthritis. She's been doing so much better since I've bought their products and for that I'm grateful. Shipping is fast we well. Would highly recommend.
