First visit to Achilles Heel store but definitely not my last!
I visited your store a few weeks ago as my daughter had recommended you. I have had a few problems with pain in my feet and toes and absolutely dread buying new footwear. When we arrived we were greeted by Steph who listened to my concerns then watched as I walked around the store, to enable him to see my gait, weight transfer etc. Steph introduced me to Alex, who also offered good advice and tips for foot stretching exercises. I was offered a couple of pairs of trainers that would suit my feet for daily wear and walking around after young grandchildren. I chose the ones I felt best in and I can honestly say these are the best and most comfortable pair of footwear I have worn in years. I cannot thank Steph and Alex enough for their help, advice and patience. They truly are masters in their work. I will definitely be back and would highly recommend your shop to anyone of any age and walking ability to visit and experience this first class service for themselves. Thank you so much!
