Very helpful staff
Very helpful staff, slight lack of knowledge from our server on the returns from internet sales as opposed to simple store exchanges but this didn't affect my 5 star rating as she was very helpful and patient with my 8 year old daughter. Good knowledge of the stock, someone had put aside spikes i had called about the night before, again great service in my opinion !

Absolutely superb customer service…
Absolutely superb customer service involving fitting of a pair of road running shoes and a pair of waterproof trail shoes.
Cat was patient and I tried several pairs and she made sure I was absolutely happy before I made my purchases.
