I have recently applied for a mortgage with the support of Karen and Stevie. Having never done this before, I had no idea what to do or where to start. The whole process was made so much easier with Karen and Stevie to keep me right. They kept me up-to-date with what I needed to do and when, reassured me when there were slight delays and kept me calm during what was quite a stressful time.
