I can't say the same for the booking process which is a nightmare and takes away much of the fun/enjoyment/anticipation for the activity. Fancy being all digital right up to the point of making your booking and then having to ring the activity provider!!! And you can't see what dates are available until after you've made your choice of activity

Called customer services and they were no help. I said this was given as a gift and they said get the person to refund it at the store they purchased it. The number on their website is incorrect too. I wish I was never given this joke of a voucher.
I will be telling everyone not to use this company. I wish I had read the reviews beforehand to steer clear of such a trash company.

After posting a very good review when we had good help from Dylan Tembe yesterday, I then found the original voucher and realised we had used £39 of the £49 paid originally. After contacting customer services again, I was told the voucher had been entirely used. I argued that £10 was still on the card but they are insistant it only has 1 use. This is a complete rip off. The actual meal experience is £25.50 if booked direct. The experience is still costing £39 on their website. Activity Superstore kept the whole £49. Nothing super about that. Will never never use again. Nothing on the voucher to say its single use. Surely a breech of Trades Description?

Due to a family bereavement i totally forgot about the Voucher which we had been gifted from our Son therefore it had expired. After sending an email to Activity Superstore explaing my error, Rosie the wonderful Customer Service Advisor extended our voucher at no cost to us as a goodwill gesture. This was so very kind and cannot thank her enough. Thank you Rosie for such wonderful customer sevice x

There has to be an easier, less frustrating way to manage bookings. It would also be helpful if you could see in advance the dates and times available.

The booking experience is a real faff and not user friendly. It seems so outdated and needs to be more straightforward and streamlined. I wanted to do an exchange on my voucher and it just had too many procedures and I was confused. I rang and spoke to an agent called Dylan in the end and he was terrific and very helpful. His customer service was very professional and he couldn't do enough. So, the site isn't good but if all customer service agents are as good as Dylan then it's not that bad. Just make the site easier to use and more user friendly please. Thanks

Had to contact Activity Superstore as we had been gifted an experience, but unfortunately the gift receipt was missing, and couldn't be retrieved. Activity Superstore were very responsive, less than 2 hours, and provided all the information required to be able to fulfil our gift.

Turned up to my 12 year olds apparently driving experience after booking with activity superstore which sent me to book with another provider all done. Multiple times I tried to book butni eventually got their. So I thought I had. I drove 1 hr away from home to be told their voucher expired and the system should not of allowed us to book. I paid £35
£25 surcharge fee and £10 for photos and they then tried to get me pay for extended time on my voucher which still would of been un usable. Avoid this company i dont know how their allowed to operate like this

Super helpful dealing with Katie, who kindly sorted out an issue with our gift voucher and has enabled us to access that when you go on holiday. Very much looking forward to our afternoon tea.

Appalling service. Received a 2 night hotel stay and afternoon tea gift from a friend for Christmas. Hotels offered are extremely limited, some shown on the website are no longer available. Those that are listed only have very limited availability and several have other hoops that you must jump through such as you must eat in the restaurant when you stay. I've tried two seperate hotels and dates, one was no longer accepting these vouchers and the other would not accept a booking despite having availability. The service direct from Activity Superstore has been woeful with delayed and dismissive responses. Furthermore the second part of the voucher (Afternoon tea) cannot be booked at the same hotel you stay at, and also has extremely limited availability, the real kicker was being told to phone venues myself to arrange the booking after I spent ages trying to book on the Activity Superstore website. All told a horrific experience, I've been told I can't get a refund so tough, pick a different hotel and date. My advice is to avoid this company at all costs and book directly with venues.

I’m incredibly disappointed to be writing this review, but I feel it’s important that other people understand the risk of purchasing vouchers from this company.
A spa and afternoon tea experience voucher was purchased for me as a thoughtful gift. It was meant to be something special to look forward to and enjoy as a relaxing treat. Unfortunately, due to circumstances and it getting lost in a house move, the voucher expired before I managed to book.
As soon as I realised, I contacted the company to ask if there was anything that could be done. I wasn’t asking for anything for free, I even offered to pay to extend the voucher, which many businesses allow. I was more than happy to pay an extension fee just so the original gift wouldn’t go completely to waste.
The response I received was extremely disheartening. I was told that because the voucher had expired, it was now void, and there was absolutely nothing they could do. The only thing they offered was 10% off a future purchase, which felt incredibly dismissive given that the full value of the original voucher has now simply been lost.
What makes this particularly upsetting is that no service was ever provided at all, yet the money that was paid for the experience has still been kept. The voucher was bought in good faith as a gift meant to create a nice memory, and instead it has just turned into wasted money and a really disappointing experience.
I completely understand that businesses have policies and expiry dates, but a little bit of understanding and flexibility would have gone a long way here, especially when I made it clear that I was willing to pay to extend the voucher rather than expecting anything for free.
Sadly, the complete lack of empathy or willingness to help has left a very negative impression. Something that was meant to be a thoughtful gift has ended up feeling quite upsetting and frustrating instead.
Based on this experience, I would strongly encourage anyone considering buying a voucher from this company to think carefully. If plans change or life gets in the way, it seems there is absolutely no flexibility at all, and what was meant to be a special gift can very easily end up being nothing more than wasted money. My advise would be go go to another trusted company like virgin experience days as their customer service is trusted, Activity Superstore only care about your money not your experience

They run you through the hoops to get the actual gift, then unless you subscribe ongoing. You get nothing.
A total waste of money spent.

My voucher arrived in good time. It was a 60th birthday present for a friend. I posted voucher to friend but unfortunately it got lost in post. I contacted Activity Superstore to see if they could put a stop on voucher and issue a new one. I was asked to confirm my address and email address. Within a few minutes matter resolved and was informed that a new voucher would be sent out. Very impressed by the service and appreciated the no nonsense rapid response.

I would like to take this moment to explain,
Our mother in law bought us a gift experience however due to ill health and family loss the gift was mislaid.
When eventually the gift pack was re-discovered and received unfortunately the date had I'm afraid exceeded the expiry date,
After speaking to an amazing customer support member (Dylan Trembe) not only did we get an immediate response but we also got an extension for the voucher which our mother in law had paid a lot of money for and a sound piece of mind to know that there are genuine people out there willing to help.
So again Dylan thank you for being you. Amazing.

I had a query as my voucher was taking longer than expected to arrive, I emailed activity customer support and a few hours later I received a reply from Erin and she was amazing. Arranged a replacement via evoucher and it was emailed to me within a day. I have to say that customer service was excellent. Thank you again, Erin.
