Extremely Disappointing Experience with Pranaam Meet & Greet (Lucknow Airport)
I booked the Platinum Meet & Greet Service at Lucknow Airport by paying around ₹5,000, expecting a premium, end-to-end airport assistance experience. Unfortunately, the service delivered was nowhere close to what was promised.
The only meaningful assistance provided was a porter for baggage handling. If that was all I needed, I could have simply hired a porter at the airport for approximately ₹700 instead of paying for the Platinum package.
Several key services advertised as part of the Platinum experience were either not provided or were only partially delivered. There was no proactive coordination, no dedicated premium assistance throughout the journey, and the overall experience did not justify the price paid.
What made the experience even more disappointing was the poor response after I raised my concerns. Despite highlighting the deficiencies, I did not receive a satisfactory explanation or resolution.
I would strongly recommend that future customers carefully compare the actual services provided with what is advertised before booking. If your requirement is only baggage assistance, hiring a porter directly may be a much more economical option.
I hope Pranaam reviews its service standards and ensures that customers receive the premium experience they are promised and pay for.
