I was recommended Freedom by my chiropractor. Initially I wasn't sure it was doing anything, then I stopped taking it - the hot flushes and night sweats returned within a couple of days. You don't realise how much better this makes you feel until you stop taking it!

I decided to leave another review as I have now been using Freedom for 5 months and noticed more positive changes. It helped a lot with breast tenderness. I sleep a lot better, no hot flashes waking me up.

Absolutely love this product. I tried the Lions Mane, as had been feeling low in energy, and I really think that it made a difference. I ran out a few weeks ago, and have noticed a significant dip in oomph since then. Love it, and will be buying more.

I have been trying freedom for perimenopausal symptoms (am on the contraceptive pill) and I have found a real benefit in it helping with my mood, anxiety and also my leg symptoms (aching and tingling). I have it in smoothies and it tastes fine in those type of drinks but I think it may be a bit overpowering for tea etc. I have also found Jodie and Paris very responsive to any enquires and very helpful.

I finished my 1st jar of Focus - Lions Mane, a few weeks ago, and I really miss it! I used to look forward to adding it to my herbal tea every morning, as I could literally feel the benefit of it daily. I am not only going through the menopause but also have ADHD. Using Lions mane, I felt a real difference with brain fog, concentration, focus, motivation, and a real bonus that I hadn't expected... I had bad gastritis when I started using it (a long term sufferer) and that has now gone. Which is quite remarkable. I had not even considered it's gut healing properties when I started taking it. The negative difference since I have run out is very clear to me. Needless to say I am placing my re order now!!!

I have been using Freedom for two months now and really feel like it is making a difference to how I am feeling with my hormones. It tastes great too, I am going to look for some other ways to use the powder as I believe some people make snacks with it. I'll definitely be looking to try and find some recipes using the powder. I ordered the Ashwaghanda from Adaptogenic Apothecary and have been very pleased with my purchase. The descriptions on the products on the website are really clear, which helped me decide which product to try first, as I’m new to adaptogens. The shipping was quite quick, and the container and branding are really beautiful - so much so that I’m happy to have it live on my kitchen counter! I certainly have noticed a difference in my mood since regularly taking the ashwaghanda, and have noticed a marked difference in my sleep. I usually have it with a sleepy time tea before bed and I drift right off, where I previously struggled to get and stay asleep. I won’t lie, the taste isn’t amazing, but I have found different ways of incorporating it into beverages, and tea and mixing it with kombucha are my two favourites. I will definitely be ordering from this company again! This stuff is the real deal.

I absolutely love Freedom - I am on my second jar now. Daily added to a frothy warm no oil oat milk beverage (only way I can drink this). Find it really warming, comforting. It is costly but worth it. I know it has helped support my menopausal symptoms in many ways and have been recommending it to others. I don’t use HRT so am attuned to what is happening with my body…love this company, beautiful packaging and spot on!

I have been using the Freedom product for several months now and find it is having a positive effect on my overall well-being and mood. I cannot recommend Focus enough! I’ve tried all sorts of supplements & not had the anywhere near the results I’ve had with this product. I feel like I have so much less brain fog & so much more clarity! I’ll definitely be purchasing again and trying other blends too :)

I'm honestly mind-blown with the Freedom mix. I've been struggling for the past 2-3 years with all sorts of symptoms, tried acupuncture too (which helped) after the usual lost battle with my GP (...), but I never felt so bright and overall better since when I started using Freedom. I had my good night's sleep back, I wake up feeling bright in the morning and overall my mood has tremendously improved - I'm calmer and happier, sharper even. I tried this for one month - and boy what a difference I felt and even more so this month without it. I genuinely felt like I had more energy and my period was certainly less painful. The cacao was my favourite sachet however all were sachets were easy to drink - and convenient to transfer. As mentioned I’m really feeling it this month without it so will be ordering some more!
