The service seems like a good one - and I was matched with interesting boards right off the bat. But I can't give 5 stars because I didn't actually sign up for the paid service. Doing so would require me to pay at least $1000 up front. I can't afford to gamble $1000 right off the bat. I would be much more likely to sign up if I had the option of a monthly trial for the first few months - say $50/month; and then after 3 months or so I would know if I am able to obtain enough value to stick with it.

Observing the "forward-thinking"process & timeless value of "Family" information & legacy.

This board meeting in my opinion was very informative and had a lot of involvement from all the players. The information of their plans was amazing, and this new line of products looks exciting. I look forward to seeing how far this companies goes and especially when the advertising kicks in for them.

The model has flaws - unlimited numbers of members on an Advisory Board seems flawed.

Difficult to cancel, auto bill without notice, unwilling to provide any refunds, will bill next month if you don't cancel before 15th of prior month.

Their billing policies are basically a scam to max their revenue and trap you in a subscription.

The first meeting was very shallow. I felt like I am talking to someone from Philippines call center with lot of background noise and audio delay and talking about my phone bill not being right.

Installation was simple and intuitive

I signed up for a "free trial", cancelled on the day I was supposed to, and got charged anyway. Contacted customer support and they gave the standard line that everything is "non-refundable."

Also all the interest in me from various companies was confusing, seemingly unpaid, not in my industry, and potentially automated.

Waste of time. Waste of money. Confusing company with a bad product and bad customer service.

Godfrey Desabelle explained everything clearly and answered all my questions during the onboarding. Godfrey was pleasant, and very knowledgeable about all parts of your progrm and how to access them and use them to my advantage. This resulted in a superior customized experience.

The platform is very well designed (including and beyond the UX), as is the onboarding experience. There was a lot to cover during the onboarding call, but my coach did a good job covering it in the 45 minutes allotted.

The only shortfall was the lack of ability to adjust hourly rate.

The platform is easy to use and has plenty of prompts to get you to do better. The podcast experience was great, and Chris was excellent to work with. He had a way to keep me calm and make it easy for me to respond. Besides, it helped to reflect and bring up some of my strengths,

I thought that the onboarding 1 on 1 was a nice touch. The meeting was very helpful.

This service this company provides is disingenuous at best -- predatory at worst. When I missed the "deadline" to cancel the free trial my card was charged. When I asked customer service for a reprieve or even just a partial refund (I'm a small business owner and every dollar counts for me) I was met with mostly AI drafted email responses. There is zero human touch here. And zero real interest in providing a great customer experience. My advice is to avoid this service. Check out Reddit and BBB for more reviews.

Fantastic experience and great internal software composition backed by a great crm software.

My onboarding representative, Ric, was very knowledgeable, polite and helpful in describing the different tiers of AdvisoryCloud engagement. I trust this experience will be worth the investment and I'm eager to get started working with companies within the program.

Engagement from Axis CEO, Chris Perez, is exciting. As a result, I believe I have a very good opportunity to provide impactful advice that will be reviewed by senior leadership.

So far its streamlined the advisory process, and has been helpful to connect with others in related fields. Documentation/help on use of the platform could be a little better.
