Liked how thorough the onboarding experience was, however too much in short period of time. Asked for follow-up call, using email support request for assistance. No one has reached out. If my experience with Advisory Cloud does not improve I will not continue. You have my money and commitment where is the help I was told is available.

Total SCAM. Signed up for the free trial to see their opportunities - none worth my time. Scheduled their onboarding call - no one turned up. I cancelled my subscription but they charged me anyway. Now disputing the charge. Save yourself a lot of BS and stay away from this bogus company.

I think the basic premise is easy to understand and I can see where it could provide value to companies that need advise and don't have it available, but it's very expensive to the advisor. $200 a month to be on 1 board and give away your time and expertise... doesn't sound like a value to me.

Cancelled my Free Trial during the free trial period. The company states I did not and charged me. I emailed them within minutes of being charged.

After many back and forths trying to resolve the matter, they continue to refuse to refund me.

I would tread carefully trusting a company with disregard for basic business ethics and standards.
