Adwhitlojistik Avaliações

I placed an order using the Buy for Me option requesting 3 notebooks (2 yellow and 1 blue). However, the company only purchased 2. In the comments, I clearly stated that I needed 3 units, but now that comment has disappeared from the platform, and I can only see the title of the request.

My experience with customer service was extremely disappointing. From the very beginning, immediately after making the purchase, they started sending me messages and audio clips in Turkish to my personal WhatsApp without any authorization, which I find completely inappropriate. Later, when I tried to clarify the situation, they asked me to call a Turkish number (something I cannot do because I live in German) and then insisted that I had only ordered 2 units, as if I didn’t know my own order.

Between the lack of professionalism, poor communication, and unauthorized contact through personal channels, the overall experience has been extremely negative. I cannot recommend this service.

Excellent!
Ordered on Sunday, received on Friday!

I've just had my first experience with adwhitlojistik.com and I'm so delighted!!!
Everything worked smoothly with a
SUPER price-performance ratio and in record time!

I wanted to order an item from Turkey. But the seller-company only allowed Turkish credit cards and Turkish delivery addresses.

Thanks to adwhitlojistik.com I managed to get my desired item in my hands in a very short time.
I was so happy, I couldn't believe it!

At the beginning I contacted other transport companies with Buy-for-me-Service in Turkey (which have great reviews on Trustpilot), but most of them didn't get back to me at all or got back to me much too late, almost to the point where my product was no longer available.

adwhitlojistik.com responded immediately, minutes later my item had already been bought and they were waiting for the delivery.
The chat service worked perfectly even though it was a Sunday.

I can only warmly recommend adwhitlojistik.com!
Excellent customer service, first class!
I would gladly give more than 5 stars if it were possible!

Many thanks to adwhitlojistik.com!!!
