Failure

Ittook8daystogetarepairpersontomy house.
He wasn't sure what was wrong
He went back to order 3 items.
Never heard from him again.
Had a different person arrive about 4-5 days later.
He said 2 of the items were working fine.
He tried to order the 3rd part and it wouldn't allow him blaming the failure of a spring on us.
I lost everything in my refrigerator and freezer.
You're lucky this review is a 2.

RUN, not the company it claims to be

This company is not what it claims. I have tried twice to submit legitimate claims, and both were declined. I even used their technicians. One of which just stopped showing up after he tried to upsell me on the repair.

Jesse was AWESOME. In the Webster dictionary for Customer Service there should be a picture of her. This was a GREAT investment for my future warranty plans.

Worst company ever

Worst company ever, they lied, and after you bring it up, they don't hide it. They do not replace anything, and if they reimburse, you only get a portion like 20%. I made the mistake of signing with them, but it was the worst mistake. run

Absolutely terrible experience.

Please read the service requests I submitted from September 2025 until January 2 when I canceled.
A "senior customer service" person named Mary Boy sent an email which I responded to. I never received a response from her. I raised several issues with her that were evidently ignored. I joined AHS in 2018 with no problems. Now I am done.
Again please research my file. It boils down to: 5 visits over 3 months and an ice dispenser cannot be fixed? Sounds like poor management or FRAUD!
