Trip was good overall but Border Force in Portsmouth added over an hour to our arrival. Please can you speed up disembarkation as this aspect is really pulling down your service which is otherwise pretty good. Thanks

The original sailing at 08.30 was cancelled. We were then booked onto the 21.30 sailing only for this to be cancelled at short notice too. We were told there was no alternative available that week! We eventually had to accept a sailing from Cherbourg in order to get home for important appointments
Ferry loaded and departed on time and arrived on time. Good quality and reasonably priced food and friendly staff. Not Brittany Ferries fault but passport control by UK Border Force meant an hours queue which marred the experience. Passport checking by Border Force on Departure port like at Dover/Calais would be much better.
Unverständlich, dass der Transport eines Hundes so teuer ist, obwohl er während der gesamten Fahrt das Auto nicht verlassen darf.
The ferry Mont St Michel is showing it's age. There are not enough deck layout plans. Lift from car deck up did not even take you to the level where the shops and other facilities are. My wife received a better portion for here breakfast then me. We was around 10 mins difference.

New ship and more than half empty meant lots of space to choose to sit. Was impressed with some staff engaging and entertaining children during a 6 hour crossing.
Bateau impeccable, belle cabine, beaucoup de places dans le bateau.
Food was well presented hot and delicious,all the staff were friendly , the journey as always was pleasant ,thankyou 😀👍happy customer
We personally have a problem with garage music blasting every where in the ship! Not even taken into consideration the age group in areas where people are moving from one noisy area to another seeking confort and restful silence, and to which the staff apparently have not control over Britany ferry’s policies!

The ferry was cancelled, with shocking customer service from Brittany Ferries. AFerries did their best, but Brittany? No.
Voyage en moto optimal.
Pour une première avec ma fille, on est content de la traversée. Tout est OK 👌.
