Fantastic customer service
I had an issue with a delivery being returned to sender, which was understandably frustrating at first. However, the customer service team at Agent Provocateur handled the situation brilliantly.
Ana from Client Services was professional, responsive, and genuinely helpful throughout. The issue was resolved quickly, the delivery fee was refunded, and my replacement order arrived with next day delivery, which completely exceeded my expectations.
It’s rare to see a company turn a disappointing situation into such a positive experience, but Agent Provocateur absolutely did. Thank you for the excellent service, it’s very much appreciated.

Impossible to return
I purchased four items from Agent Provocateur and needed to exchange one due to sizing. Customer service clearly stated that there would be no additional shipping fees on exchange items, yet I was still charged nearly £30 for the return. This is misleading and unacceptable. Very disappointing experience - I would not recommend.

Nach Rücksendung angeblich Flecken auf dem Bra. Er war zu klein und passte gar nicht. Wie soll ein abgebrochener Anprobiervorgang einen getragenen Zustand auslösen? Ich muss mich leider den anderen Bewertungen anschließen, ABZOCKE. Kleiner Tipp, es scheint Sinn zu machen, einen Artikel bei Ankunft genau zu inspizieren und ihn dann als Fehlerhaft zurückzusenden, dass es bereits getragen aussieht. Dann bekommt man wenigstens bei Paypal sein Geld zurück.
Pas la bonne taille/ frais d’envois trop élevés
Les sous-vêtements taillent beaucoup trop grands. Il faut être vigilant sur les tailles UK puisque ce ne sont pas les mêmes, malgré le guide des tailles c’était beaucoup trop grand.
15€ de frais de livraison, puis 12€ de frais de renvoie, vraiment pas dingue je recommande pas.

Order marked as delivered but never received.
My order (#6000242075) is shown as delivered on 12 January 2026, but I did not receive any parcel. Nothing was delivered to my address and no neighbor received it.
I contacted customer service several days ago and received no response whatsoever.
This lack of follow-up is unacceptable for a brand of this standing. I expect Agent Provocateur to investigate the issue immediately and to issue a refund or provide a replacement without further delay.

Poor sizing guidelines and poor return policy.
I purchased some items for the first time online, and was very disappointed with the experience overall. To begin with, their sizing is completely different from most standard references and to make things worse, the size guide has no measurements for the products, which is not helpful at all.
The products I bought were too small, and then during the return process in their portal I got a very bad surprise: I have to pay 12€ for the return and also print my own return papers! Hello??? This is not the practice in Europe at all. And it's also worth mentioning that I paid 22€ for the shipping to begin with. So in total 34€ of shipping costs on a purchase of 411€. That's almost 10% of the purchase price, which is unacceptable, especially for a premium brand. I will never buy at AP again.

Had a little issue with my order, and before it was even packed and sent off, Ana from customer service had it fixed up! The service is as good as the product!
Great customer service
Great customer service, prompt and friendly even over the quieter Xmas period. I had ordered a few things for size and all arrived on time. Sarah particularly was super helpful and responded in an unexpected way that made me day!
Awful experience with AP
My partner bought me a swimsuit from the website that did not fit. He returned it and bought another one with the right size at the Paris store. However, the online customer service claimed there were some white stains on it, but I tried it with my underwear on. They did not want to refund my partner and asked for more money to send us back the swimsuit.
On the other hand, when I removed the protective film from the swimsuit bought in the Paris store, the glue left a lot of white stains that did not go with the washing machine. Even after several washes. Maybe the white stains they were referring to ?
This was an awful experience, firstly with the online customer service that refused to refund the allegedly stained swimsuit. After reading other comments on trustpilot, it looks like this is a recurring thing they are doing - rejecting returns due to alleged damage - maybe to stay afloat ? Secondly, the swimsuit I have now (bought in Paris store), has white stains due to the glue they are using for the protective film, which is probably quite cheap.
The quality of the items and service at Agent Provocateur is degrading and I won't buy from there again.
Terrible customer experience
Absolutely hopeless. I'm sure the products are gorgeous but when they don't arrive, then customer services won't do anything about that, I have to say if not use AP ever again.
No refund or exchange for xmas gift
I bought my wife a set for Christmas. Because it is out of the 30 day return window - even though it's Christmas time there is no extension for refunds. It doesn't fit my wife and they offer no refunds or even exchange for a different style. It's so disappointing and appalling service :( Such a shame for such an established brand.

I won't shop here again, at least online.
Bought my wife 2 sets as an Xmas gift, admittedly, a mistake to purchase on the 25th November, more than 28 days before she'd have the chance to see them. Nothing they can (want) to do about it, no Xmas returns/exchanges. So others should consider this in future.
Both sets, the bra came up small (seems to be a fairly common theme). She is the same size with every other manufacturer. With a £7 delivery and a £5 return (if I could), is an expensive way to shop.
So were just left with some expensive underwear in a box sat on top of the wardrobe.
Beware buy with caution. If you return take lots of pictures before they rip you off.
Bought a corset but it was slightly too small for my partner. Did not think too much bought size up and returned this one. Got an email saying return had been rejected due to makeup on the item. Showed the picture to my partner who was confused as she tried the corset on after she just had a shower so no chance of makeup. Then looked on here and realised obviously it's a con that they do by the shear number of people that have had the same issue. Reality if you are going to return something take lots of pictures first before they rip you off as well. Avoid unless you want to be ripped off.
Praise for Beth
I'd like to praise Beth and the team at the London flagship store. Having had a fitting in the Harrods branch where nothing could be found to fit well, I wasn't expecting to be buying, but Beth in the Broadwick St store found items that really worked for my shape, tweaked the fit and left me with a really great set that fits well. My partner was kept well-watered and entertained chatting with the other staff and all in all it was a lovely experience.
Please do pass on to the manager of the branch how happy I was, especially considering how I felt walking out of the Harrods branch a couple of months ago - as if I'd never be able to wear AP again. (and it was also much better than Coco de Mer where I was brought items but not 'fitted' in any way and left to get on with it!)
