Ai Pozzi Village SPA Avaliações 

It doesn’t live up to international level in many ways. Appartement is poor equipped, it’s “worn down” and not repaired to a basic standard! Internet is beyond existing,2024!!!
The “entertainment is noisy, loud and in Italian, so not at all including to eu.
Restaurant is a buffet, and it was 😮 a hygienic hassard! We went one time and don’t dare go back!!! I will never come back, unless it go through a miraculous makeover!
Staff is friendly though, - nothing to put on them, unless you expect them to speak German/english, like any international language.

My mother (73) and I (48) went on a late summerholiday in september to Loano and stayed at the Ai Pozzi Village - the appartmens. We had bought two separate weeks - all together 14 days. We got a change of bedlinen and towels between the two weeks - but no cleaning. We asked for it at the reception - but they would not talk to us about it - it was not there problem we sould take it up with the travel agency that we bought through. Well well ... at the end of the stay - this complaint resulted in AN EXTRA CONTROL of our room made by management - wich they afterwards would not admit had only been done because we had complained. As we waitet for the extra control to be made - 5-6 other families checked out without this extra control. We wanted to talk to the responsible manager as we felt insulted - but it was not even possible to get the name.
Other things .... every night there was outdoor entertainment in the bar .... expect this to be the exact same program and music every night performed by three employees who at daytime: play with the children and post as lifeguard and handyman.
The room was equipt with a kitchenet - including the exact amount of plates and cups for the two of us. We asked for the possibility of wineglasses - this was refused instead we got two extra waterglasses - that contained about 1,25 dl. Hello - we're in Italy.
All in all : staff were not helpfull or forthcomming, instead they were respecless and rued
Hotel posses as new - it's got a makeup at the romms - everything els creams 1970's.
