Had a Mazda cx3 we are passenger. Belt was not retracting so give them a call. Spoke to Dan. And you exactly what it was.He sent me the information where to send it so I sent it off and received it back very quickly. Great service when I plugged it in it was not registering on the dash so I called them and they told me exactly what was wrong. I had forgotten to put the earth wire back on so my fault when I did it worked absolutely perfect so great after sales service too would recommend them and I will definitely use them again. Thanks again Dan for being professional.

Quick turnaround of seatbelt to get a vehicle through its MOT and much cheaper than purchasing a new one.

Spoke to the team about repair rear seatbelt that was not retracting. Very friendly and helpful. Sent belt and was returned fully repaired within a few days. Would recommend and also use again.

Great communication from Dan when I messaged him ref frayed and sticking seat belt on my vw Golf mk7.
I was a bit apprehensive about posting, sent via registered post and 4 days lated was returned and repaired perfectly.
VW wanted £650 (plus fitting) as badly frayed belt is now mot fail. Alternatively I thought about scrapyard but might have dodgy past, so repair seemed sensible choice. So money I saved paid at least half of my Tenereffe holiday!
