Air Options Ltd Avaliações

From start to finish Air Options delivered a quality service second to none. Already an established customer we approached the company again as we required new additional installations within the Nursing Home.

Ever helpful and considerate their personnel, from planning through to installation, saw that all appropriate needs were met and that all the agreed works were carried out within schedule.

Thank you Air Options !

Mentions to all staff involved in our project for their availability and willingness in delivering according to our requirements. Great team onsite during installation phase leaving all areas tidy and clean up to commissioning and handover.

Air options have always performed work in a timely manner and too a high standard.

I would highly recommend using Air Options. We have now used them on multiple occasions and from there initial site visits through to completion they are always friendly, efficient and professional.

I found Air Options via Google and their website was informative and well presented. This followed up by prompt site visit to determine our requirements & good communication from the office when order was placed. The installation went smoothly and they cleared up after themselves. Air Options was not the cheapest quote we had but we are pleased with the works undertaken and would recommend.

we are impressed how easy it was to install aircon in our container offices
from quote to completing the installation within 3 weeks
plus they identified a serious electrical problem which we was not aware of at the same time so a job well done.

Very impressed with all the guys who came out, the first to see what the issues were and the next who replaced a unit for us
Everything was done when they said and done properly
The only thing I wouldn't recommend is buying a replacement control. They could do it for me and with the proper remote but the cheap generic ones for sale on the internet that I tried were fine
Nothing really to do with these guys but just a suggestion
100% recommendation for these guys

Always excellent service from the start of the projects through to their completion. Have used many times and there is a consistent level of professionalism.

Would recommend this company, reliable, great service.

Dealing with Air Options has been a breath of fresh air!
They fitted additional AC units quickly, on budget and to the exact time scales they quoted and showed up when they said they would and always left the premises in a clean state... very important for a dental practice. They worked around our busy schedule and after fitting came back to ensure everything was working as intended and then emailed again to ensure we were still happy.

Highly recommend their service.

We called Air Options fior some advice and help, we got some great advice and a first class service on the works carried out from what we can simply call a very professional company,

Have used these guy's a couple of times now and they really know what they are doing,Cheers Brad.

From day one of the installation being carried out, no one in the office complained of any interruptions, end of each day all tooling was put away.

A neat and tidy job carried out, flow chart produced before the start of project was kept to and completed on time

Conclusion: i would have no problem recommending Air Options Ltd to any other company regarding PRICE, LABOUR AND COMPLETION ON TARGET

A satisfied customer

We've been working with Air Options for about 9 months now and rate every aspect of the service we receive from them 5 stars - everyone from Hayley when we log a call-out to Howard and Jim (plus the other guys that have visited us) and the more senior management when they've needed to get involved with quotes and more problematic troubleshooting.

They are all professional, friendly, quick to respond and a pleasure to work with on all counts!

After being let down by a previous supplier of an AC unit we were sceptical in looking for a new supplier. Air Options offered free evaluation , won our trust and spent time looking for suitable units that fulfilled our requirement. Installation efficient and on the day booked. Will use Air Options again and recommend them based on our experience so far. Hope that their interest in keeping us happy remains through annual servicing !

Excellent friendly service

A perfect experience from start to finish, Air Options were competitive, polite and discreet, and I would highly recommend their services. Very happy and will definitely use again.
