Really not what i was expecting. The hotel looks nothing like the website and the convenient shuttle service to heathrow is a) not convienient b)not easy c)not through the hotel. Room was awful, small... Ver mais

Sofitel Heathrow T5

Not long arrived, finally got my room card after hard sell room upgrade. Nice enough room. Ordered a drink at the bar, charged 12.5% "service charge" for the privilege or taking the beer to a table. I had a couple of sips and popped to the loo, returned.. Beer gone, table taken, poor couple at table hugely embarrassed as they had asked if the table was free... I'd opened a tab for goodness sake... gave my room number... Dreadful service with a 12.5% tariff. I guess they have cornered the market re terminal 5 hotel so just don't care...

Sofitel Gatwick.. a little more

Sofitel Gatwick is probably the most CHIQUE of the immediately accessible airport hotels and is comfortable with a service to match in room & reception however the rotunda lounge area is still lacking efficient service 🐌 and staff lack the training to be environment-aware when customers are looking for attention and unable to attract the attention of staff 😳 Its also apparent that seemingly . Sofitel has set the pricing point for ALL airport hotels at a rate that emulates CLARIDGES🌟 BUT without the superlative service or awareness of customer needs

Crown plaza Manchester Airport

Paid for one nights stay, one weeks parking.
Rooms, adequate and clean.
Bar staff, friendly and attentive.
Food and drink, nice if a tad overpriced.
Reception, rude and incompetent.
On our return home, imagine our surprise to receive a £100.00 parking fine for the first five hours of our stay, whilst parked in a designated place on the advice of parking attendants! Rang hotel to clear up obvious error. They’ve washed their hands of the matter, won’t even get manager to ring back to explain how this could happen.
Question is , is this gross incompetence on the behalf of the receptionist, not booking our car in, or is it the spiteful action of a a very rude employee?

Terrible start on our holiday

Arriving by airplane to Gatwick we stayed at Bloc one night before we were heading on with our holiday.
It is the worst hotel we have ever stayed in.
The room was only 9 sqm including the bathroom.
You had to crawl over each other because the bed was up against the wall.
You would not use the air com.
Taking a shower you made the whole room wet

We will not recommend this hotel to anybody

Class Leading Hospitality

Gatwick airport hotels offer a great deal of discounts every day and pick and drop services from airport. very best packages offered. rates are very competitive, hospitality is just class leading.

Great start to our holiday

We journeyed to Gatwick during the afternoon on the day before we were due to fly to St.Lucia - no pressure or heavy traffic. Arrived at the airport where parking was easy, bus arrived within minutes - from parking to checking in at hotel less than 10 minutes.

We had an extremely enjoyable evening, good food and a couple of drinks in pleasant surroundings.

In the morning we strolled into airport and spent a leisurely couple of hours chilling in the No. 1 lounge, where we enjoyed breakfast snacks, tea and coffee. An excellent way to start our holiday.

Nightmare sustenance

The hotel room was adequate, after all, we're only going to sleep in it. Trying to get anything to eat or drink was a nonsense. Stood 20 minutes at the bar trying to get a drink. At 8.15 the restaurant was full and places wern't available until 9p.m. Not wanting to eat too late, we opted for a bar snack. Big mistake!! Ordered the 2 burger meals; there were a few 'technical difficulties' - the computer was not playing. As the kitchens were only adjacent to the bar, we couldn't understand why the staff couldn't simply walk through and give the order. The snacks didn't appear in the first 20 minutes, so we asked the staff. Still computer issues. After 40 minutes, we asked again; still no joy. After an irate dicussion with the staff, the meals finally appeared 65 minutes after ordering, at 9.25!! So much for not eating late. The meal itself was quite acceptable, but don't go along and expect to get served within an acceptable time frame!!

Did what it said on the box

the hotel was as expected no nasty surprises in the room, however there wasn't much around in the food steaks. The whole package was pretty good value for money.

Brilliant!!!!!!

Fantastic!!! Hampton hotel Liverpool. With easy access to airport. Just leave your car on hotel car park book in and settle for the night. Breakfast was superb for early start. Helpful staff.

value for money and conveniant.

The car park was very full as their was an Indian wedding taking place and it was difficult to find a space. On arrival the male staff standing around, did not offer to help us struggling with our cases through the doors, despite one of our party being on crutches. The rooms were clean and comfortable, with all necessary ammenities. The meal was very expensive, but good quality. We did not have the breakfast. The bus service to the airport was very efficient and easy. The staff working at the reception desk were very helpful.

Very happy with hotel, room very comfortable. Found a lovely pub serving great food just around the corner. Will stay again

Amazing

thankyou we've never done this before with your help it was perfect. We got married at gretna green stayed in the ramada hotel on Glasgow airport got an early morning call went to airport used the VIP lounge which we arranged through you then went on an amazing holiday thankyou .

A good hotel experience!

The hotel was very close to the airport and offered an easy check in service and place to leave the car. The bus to the hotel was very busy and only had one exit making it quite chaotic when being dropped off at the south terminal.
