Nothing was to much trouble from arriving on site we said we needed a taxi to the train station has our flight had been changed to Gatwick .
So they told us to park by the barriers near the entrance for easy access with the suitcases.
Very polite couldn't do enough for you will definitely be using there service in future 👍

I recently used Airport Parking Luton for a 10 day trip to Poland. Considering how good the location is to Luton Airport I was very pleased with how much cheaper they were compared to using the offiical Lution Airport Parking. The service I received both being dropped off and collected from the terminal was also 1st class. I will definitely be using them again in the future.

Just a short ride from the terminal, not more than 5 minutes. The shuttle service is very efficient, both from the car park and at the other end when you arrive back at Luton. Make a note of exactly where you left your car because according to the shuttle driver, every day there are people who have forgotten.

Easy to book , we found premium parking, close to the airport, transfer to the airport,self park,you keep your key as this is the safest option, friendly staff they waited for us at the gate. Happy with the service

Fantastic experience using for the first time. Arrived and was shown where to park our car. Got picked up by a mini bus within a few minutes and taken straight to the drop off at the air port. When we arrived back 10 days later there was a bus there again within minutes which took us straight back to the car park. Great value for money and extremely efficient would definitely recommend and will use again for sure

I've used this method of parking for many of my trips and I find it so easy to park and keep my key. Knowing where my car is and it's only 5 mins from the airport.

I have used APL many times previously and have always found it to be a positive experience. I had a problem with my most recent booking which related to the booking not showing on the app and no confirmation email . I called the customer support and a very helpful chap sorted it for me. Would definitely recommend..

This company is making a killing from the NATS shutdown yesterday. Charging people who, through no fault of their own, arrived a few hours later than expected £20 despite the fact it never cost them a penny more. Many customers were angry after having sat on airport tarmacs for hours waiting to take off. We need government legislation to stop these fat cat companies making millions from air system errors.
