AVOID THIS SHOP! Refuses warranty and violates EU Law.
I strongly advise against buying from Airsoft-Gun.eu. My experience with customer service has been shocking.
I bought a Polarstar HPA line here. The first one arrived broken (DOA). The replacement failed within 6 months with a leak at the factory crimp (a clear manufacturing defect).
When I contacted them for a warranty claim:
They refused to cover the return shipping costs, which is a violation of EU Consumer Law for non-conforming products.
They claimed that "I am the only customer with this problem," implying it must be my fault, without even inspecting the item.
They were incredibly rude and defensive.
Instead of solving a €20 issue for a repeat customer, they prefer to argue and break the law. Do yourself a favor: spend your money at a shop that actually respects its customers and honors warranties.
