Helpful and friendly
We visited the Preston branch on several occasions throughout July looking for tiles for our bathroom. On every visit, we were greeted warmly and helpfully by the guys there. Wassim, in particular, gave us valid practical advice whilst not being intrusive to our planning. When we collected the tiles, unfortunately four had been damaged. The lads ordered replacements without fuss and we're in the process of having them fitted now.
