I ordered 2 scotland t-shirts for father's day..as the website said they would be delivered before father's..arrived on the Tuesday..2 days after father's day..paid £64 for both..opened the package up..one was stained and the other was poorly made..didnt even get worn..they went straight in the bin...avoid at any cost..there's definitely better websites that don't lie or send crap looking material..

Do not use Alexandra London. I’d give 0 stars if possible. Sent wrong size item - of v poor quality and via China - but despite several e mails with photos/evidence they are stubbornly refusing to refund. They made 3 ‘good will’ offers of 10/20/30% reduction and for me to keep the garment. I refused as garment useless to me! I cited my rights and demanded refund and they pay return shipping. Now not communicating. They disregard Customer Rights Law. Avoid at all costs. They appear scammers.

Stupidly ordered dress & shoes before reading reviews, so then tried to cancel my order. Alexandra London refused to cancel my order - items eventually arrived & they truly are dreadful quality. The pictures you see on their website bear no resemblance to the rubbish that arrived. Total scam DO NOT BUY ANYTHING FROM THESE SHARKS!

I bought an exact same dress on Temu ('Bettina') for £10.42. This same dress was advertised on Alexandra-London for £185.00 reduced to £49.95.

Do not go near the Alexandra-London website!

Ordered a item by mistake on Saturday evening an left message same night asking to cancel order before Monday leaving plenty of time for them to cancel it , I then messaged them all day Monday only to be ignored all day, I got a message saying my item was ready to ship at 22:35 Monday night, this place is extremely expensive and you can find the same goods a lot cheaper elsewhere checked interviews before you purchased from this place as these cockney wide boys Have got really bad reviews. Stay away if you don’t want to get ripped off.

Where did you buy in 2024 your item ?
Alex London International do not have a website to buy item . I work with them since 2014 , we have not sold one piece on Internet . Our pieces are tailored and ordered by clients who come to our atelier in Paris , and we do unique pieces , hand made . So I do not understand where these 148 Byers baught any item from us .
Alex London International was baught and Rebranded from Alex London to Alex London International. Since 2014 we never had a website . We only have social networks presence and a tiny tiny one ….

Worst customer service ever. Bought 3-peice product in Sept 24 from Violet Maison . Too small. Emailed using contact details. Good response to exchange. I replied, since then nothing at all despite repeated emails.
Not to be trusted. Do not use this company. Once they've got your money they are not interested, just lip service

Sent me a fake jacket and said can only accept return if u send it to china for 30 quid

Wish I had looked for reviews, dress quality is awful and not to size. I have been told I can return to China at my own cost but that there is no guarantee that it will get there or be refunded - do not use them. FB should remove all their ads

OMG don’t touch this company, brought a dress turned up 3 weeks later, quality is appalling nothing like the website, 2 sizes to small not that i would wear it even if it fit, customer service is an insult please do not lose your money

I am going to add another review as my dispute is still ongoing since the 16th July. I ordered a size small in accordance with their website 8/10, I am a size 8. They sent me a medium. They then promised to replace the dress in the size I ordered at no expense, twice, and then withdrew the offer, twice. They even offered me a large at no extra cost! This is the worst company I have ever dealt with. They promise so much, but they never deliver. DO NOT BUY FROM THEM!

Why is this company still allowed to operate? The most appalling scam!
I have lost money and because I foolishly accepted, in principle, a refund, PayPal considered the dispute closed so cannot now help. The refund of course, never came and now the company is ignoring my emails.
Interestingly, the emails that I did get from this company are in perfect grammatical English, so I think there is a third party involved. The goods come directly from China. The whole set up is a disgrace. I think they know that people are on to them as they now appear to be closing,down! I wonder😡

This company is a total scam , no ine should ever buy from it. They promised 30 day refund and then stopped answering emails, refused to say how to return goods, toook 3 weeks to receive goods.
The clothes were not fit to wear.
Please do not ever buy from them, I do not belive they are london based at all

Bad quality, cheap fabric, had one dress arrive with a large hole in the seam, returns are costly- you have to pay to ship back to China.

I would discourage anyone from making a purchase from this company.

A total SCAM from a China based company! As others have stated I too am so annoyed that I didn't check reviews for this company before purchasing 2 dresses. They are nothing like the photo's. Very poor quality materials, with broken stitches done on probably old machines. Like others they are now in the rubbish bin - not fit for purpose! Easy returns stated is a lie you have to spend vertually the value of the item to return it to China and no guarentee that it will get there.

I completely agree with this previous customers feedback. I personally would give a minus zero if it was possible too.
The clothes did look really nice on the website & I already had a dress that was a very similar design etc but bought via another source a good while ago, however the dresses I received were substandard poorly made with an inferior material that would permanently look creased cheap & nasty. You do not realise until you start the refund process that they are operating from China but everything on the website gives the impression they are a London company. You start the refund process via email… I was offered 20% refund and keep the items or a £50 voucher, I refused this so offer so this was increased to a £75 voucher keeping the items. I won’t wear them as they are really cheap & nasty, I would prefer to just send them back and get a full refund. They don’t provide a return address as I’ve asked for the return address and I will pay to send them back however this unfortunate situation I find myself in gets better though as but they won’t even guarantee after spending £30 to return items that they will issue a refund as they suggest that it’s risk due to the high volume of packages they receive that they might not get the returned items package & unless they do they won’t issue the refund, so that’s another £30 so that’s they have made out of the customer!! AVOID THIS AWFUL COMPANY AT ALL COSTS!!

An absolutely dreadful dress, cheap, nasty fabric, looks like a sack with sleeves. A complete scam.
It will cost over £25 to return, with no guarantee of getting the cost of the garment back.
I also wish I had read these reviews before ordering - a lesson learnt!
