Resposta da ALG ID Cards
Hi Arif
Thanks for your review. We really appreciate your loyalty over the last year.
I've checked your account and you did not opt in to receive marketing emails or our newsletter when you created your account. This means that we are not allowed to send you our existing customer discount codes as these are marketing emails. Unless you specifically opt-in, we can only send you emails related to specific orders.
I can confirm that there have been no changes to VAT/taxes.
I will send you a follow up email to discuss your concerns.
Deliver on time with quality products
ALG have always been prompt, reliable and service driven. I would have no hesitation in recommending the company and their products. Excellent quality of product and service.

Reliable and competitively priced
The website was easy to navigate and the pricing competitive, especially when taking delivery charges into account. The goods turned up next day. So I could not fault the service.

Resposta da ALG ID Cards
Hello Claire,
I'm sorry to see that you have left this review which we believe is unfair.
You contacted us last week requesting a return, we responded to you asking you to provide us with the required information to locate your order and create a return.
You did not reply back with the information until 10:24am today.
Your 1 star trustpilot review was submitted at 10:23am today, before you replied back with the information.
We would not have been able to create the return until you provided us with the information to locate your order. This was only done so after you left the review.
After you left the review and replied back with the information we requested, the return was generated for you.
I have also sent a follow up email.
Arrived so quickly
