Hard to contact
Unfortunately we had issues with our order, the software and the USB.
We needed them to be corrected and we were trying to speak to someone online or on the phone all day to be told nobody would be there until 3.30pm due to training. This is not very good as the job we needed the printer for should've been completed that day.
Extremley hard to get hold of anybody by phone or email.

Resposta da ALG ID Cards
Hi Ainsley,
I'm very sorry to see that you felt the need to leave a 1-star review. I'm sure you can understand that staff training is an important part of a business.
I can confirm that the product code you needed was sent to you after the order was placed. As mentioned in our chat, there appeared to be some issues with you sending and receiving emails on your admin@ mailbox which would explain why you didn't receive the product code or any replies from our previous communications with you.
Kind regards,
Lauren

A little more technical detail
Pretty good information although I had hoped for further technical specs; e.g. weight of the card. I would also have like the slot to have a circular section in the middle to assist with centering the card if hung directly on a lanyard.
