Taken 2 stars off as delivery took really long, Bank holiday affected it but 10 days wait is too long. Also got a wrong item sent. Overall, happy with the order.

Hey, thanks for your review! Yes unfortunately you ordered this on the 15th (bank holiday friday) and the next possible date we could have shipped this was the 19th, due to the bank holidays as you said.
You selected free shipping which is a 3-5 (working) day service, in the future we would recommend opting for the Royal Mail 24 (1st class) option or our DHL courier.
In regards to the missing item please do get in touch! We always go the extra mile to ensure our customers are happy with each aspect of their shopping experience with us and would absolutely be happy to rectify this and add some extra goodies as compensation too :) All the very best from the Bongo Crew

fast and helpful service 10/10
item I wanted had a stock issue where it was showing in stock but wasn't actually, shop immediately offered me options for refunding my order but then were actually able to find another item in stock for me to replace what I originally wanted, really helpful and friendly throughout the entire process and my order arrived quickly, would definitely buy from again
