I'm at the begging of my journey but so far I'm very pleased with the service and care I have been offered. The first meeting was very thorough, with xrays done and general health history and conditions. After that, Belinda went through the treatment plan and what to expect. I also wasnt rushed into singing into the plan, but had time to think about. The team at Aligne is always polite,helpful and have professional manner.

This was one of the most thorough examinations I’ve ever had!! Really felt listened to. The whole team were super welcoming. Excited to go and get my back sorted now.

I’ve had nothing but an outstanding experience at Aligned Health. From the very first visit, I felt listened to, respected, and genuinely cared for. I came in with ongoing lower back and sciatic pain, and rather than jumping straight into treatment, they took the time to properly assess me. The initial sessions were incredibly informative, they explained the cause of my pain clearly and gave me a real understanding of how my body works, which I found empowering.

My care plan was clearly explained, and based on my personal goals and what the chiropractor felt was best for my recovery. It gave me confidence that they weren’t just aiming for a quick fix, but long-term results.

The treatment itself has made a huge difference. I’m now able to sit, walk, and sleep without the constant discomfort I was experiencing. The clinic is well-organised, friendly, and genuinely focused on patient wellbeing.

I’d absolutely recommend Aligned Health to anyone who wants more than a temporary fix and is ready to understand and improve their health long-term. They’ve helped me more than any other practitioner I’ve seen, and I’m so glad I committed to the care plan.

It's a perfectly well run business. I'd been twice in the previous decades and was very happy. Now, it's interesting that there is no customer feedback or reviews option. However, I took away the view that they are more interested in getting you to commit to sessions rather than focussing on solving the issue. I went in with some sciatica type pain. I paid for two sessions, a marketing offer of half price at £75 instead of £150. The first was a discussion on my health and where the problem was, seemed perfectly reasonable. The second was spent showing me a plastic spine and pictures and slides of wear and tear on bones/joints. That felt very child like. They suggested that they would look and my nutrition and sleep, I said I was there for that sort of advice. It all felt like a waste of money. I was offered a 12 weeks course £55 per session (2 session for first 6 weeks and 1 for second 6 weeks). I could pay upon front and get 20% discount. I was offered the first (therefore my 3rd) session while for £55. I thought why not, Im here. It took about 5-10 of probing and bending and I was sent on my way. That is when it became clear that was the purpose of the first two sessions was just to line this up. There was no real attempt to indicate what could be done to alleviate my issue. I came away with the impression that they're just interested on volume, getting you to commit to lots of session that you might or might not need. It's also quite telling that they are very persistent about emailing and ringing you (several times a day) to book again. After 3 session I got zero information about what I might do and wasted 3 afternoons. I wouldn't recommend.
