Currently having a very frustrating experience with Alive Network.

We booked a specific named artist for our wedding, only to then be told they were unable to perform due to health-related issues (now described as “force majeure”). Based on that, we had to make alternative arrangements elsewhere to ensure our day wasn’t at risk.

Despite this, Alive Network are refusing to return our deposit, arguing they can offer a “suitable alternative”, even though our contract was for a specific artist, not a substitute.

Communication has been inconsistent throughout, and we’re now stuck in a position where we don’t feel we can rely on the original booking, but are still expected to lose money if we walk away.

Very disappointing handling of what should be a straightforward situation.

I would strongly encourage others to think carefully before booking, particularly if certainty and clear accountability are important to you.

Communication was informative and prompt with clear explanation of the service provided and what to do.

Very easy to use and very prompt friendly contact from agent.

Clara demonstrated a good knowledge of the acts and managed to sort our event out with exactly what we wanted.

A wide variety of artists and bands for all types of events. Easy to navigate the website and view the profiles of the artists. Clara was so helpful especially as our event was short notice, she suggested musicians that suited our event which was welcome !!

Everything about our dealings with Alive was positive. From finding the right artist to confirming details & requirements, the payment process and all interaction with Clare was first class. Would highly recommend to anyone considering a
‘Live’ artist for their event.

So far I'm at booking stage and have had a very positive experience.

Excellent service. Clare Kimble and Gemma Jane were really helpful and helped me to chose the right band for our event. Clare kindly checked the availability of a number of bands as the website wasn't up to date. This allowed me to view them prior to making a decision. She is now liaising with our venue to make sure everything will be perfect on the night and we are really looking forward to seeing the live band.
